Horrible! I purchased a car from them using there loan/ finance services and they NEVER REPORTED my payments to any of the credit bureaus! I paid every payment on time, sometimes going without to make sure it was always paid to ensure my credit would not only grow but not lose points. I called the office and after being lied to over and over and different excuse’s being given was transferred to the manager. The manager laughed and sweared at me and basically told me it was too bad and that it was not her problem. First she said it was reported about the wrong name, then a company, then she forget, and the last thing she said was it wasn’t accepted. I PAID OFF MY car so it was too late for her to add my points.
So after PAYING MORE THAN THE CAR WAS WORTH, PAYING HUGE INTEREST, paying on time and GETTING NO POINTS TO MY CREDIT, getting yelled at and laughed at… I’m left with a car that is 2 and half years old that BARELY RUNS trash car.
AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
Have purchase two cars from them in the past 5 years. Highly recommend them. Two of my employees have also purchased from them, nothing but good things to say about them.
A heartless family business for us.
Well, my husband and I brought Chev 06 with 200plus mile. The price was ok but the weekly payment was a ripp off from the start, $100.
We spend all our savings and even borrow from ours employers to get the car on road before our child was born.
At that time we were both working and our payments were always on time… after giving birth I lost my job and my husband got laidoff also.
We asked they to lower our weekly payment. They did but saying that it will go back to the original and we will have to pay more as a result of that.
We got to the point were we became homeless and moved to a family shelter but that didn’t stop them from repossess our car. My husband called them many times to work something out until he get back to work because that car was all we had. Transportation for our daughter’s doctors appointment, my husband ride to a job agency…
When they repossess the car they took our GPS and even our baby beach umbrella, we complaint but they told my husband that we all say the same thing, basically saying he is lying. Shame on you.
We had less than 6 months payments left. ..
I understand they wanted to get paid, and thats their business but What about put your heart into it and be more humane towards people? I think that would make you more like a family business that you are so proud of.
The Garage, hmmmm?! What can I say other than these guys are the freaking best!!! My wife and I have bought two mini vans from here, These guys were honest from the get go! They tell it like it is! The ladies over in the finance department are beyond superb n extremly friendly, they are always smiling n very helpful. There isnt one issue that i have had with any of my vehicles that they did not take care off! As long as i live in M.A. I will never go to any other dealership! and last but not least the owner is a very awesome guy! The Garage is awesome!!! If you dont believe me check these guys out! I promise you, you will not be disappointed! They take care of their customers!
Contacted the dealership thru the internet, received a call from Rafael the next day. When I went to the dealership to look at the truck I was interested in it was exactly as it was represented online. The truck was clean with no hidden flaws. Really there was no problem with the transaction at all. Very easy to deal with, straight and to the point, no pressure from Rafael to purchase right away. When I did decide to purchase the vehicle it was also very quick with the only challenge being my lost title for my trade. Again no pressure from anyone at The Garage, I would recommend The Garage, Rafael and Rusty for anyone looking for a used vehicle.
I have purchased two cars from these people in the past twelve years. The first was a Chrysler K car that we drove for over 6 years with no problems at all. I drove it and then my wife had it for two years until we bought a new Camry.
When my son went off to college he needed a car so I gave them another try. Unfortunately this time we did have a small problem with the car. I took it back and made an appointment to have it repaired. Within 2 days they took the car to a repair specialist and more than repaired it.
The issue at hand was the emmision control system. The garage at there expense replaced two expensive converters. I know that they spent around 25% of the purchase price on the repairs. My invoice was narked NO CHARGE.
I highly recommend the people at The Garage. They have treated me more than fairly. I have bought 2 cars from them at below book value, when there was an issue they took care of it without question.

The Garage Brockton – not a bad place. Helpful, decent inventory, nice guys too. Seemingly genuine. I don’t know I never met them.
I met with a salesperson in their Middleborough location. WHICH IN FACT, is not another “The Garage” but instead a friend of theirs calls “Runwell Auto”.
I bought a low mileage car at the expected price. No pressure, older salesman who helped me through.
HOWEVER – talk about a pain in the goddam ass to get this vehicle. THEY DO NOTHING AT ALL to help you once the car is bought.
You need to (after signing to buy the car)
-Get insurance, have Runwell send information over
-Take insurance to bank (should you need financing)
-Get bank check
-Return to Runwell for title
-Go to RMV
-Return to Runwell
If anyone knows how to do that in a day good luck
Normal dealers take car of the RMV and heklp with insurance. Not these chumps.
Also, I had to talk to 3 different ppl at Runwell to put this all together.
Bullshit. Took forever
THEN – the power steering went on my car on day 2.
Day 7, check engine light comes on. Supposedly it is only the gas evap system, but WTF.
In response to this, when I bought my 2000 Dodge Caravan they took care of absolutely everything for me down to sending everything to the insurance company all I did was showed up signed the papers and the plates where there for me and ready to take my vehicle now 3.5years later going to upgrade to a newer one for better gas mileage. I have never had an issue they did not take care of immediately no matter how small it was down to giving me a voucher for a car wash because it had some normal dust on it from the streets. Sending my sister and brother in law over.
