“Steve Rierson, the general manager of sales, personally spent considerable time with us in selecting our new product. He then introduced us to our main sales person, Tim Leverton. Tim did a fantastic job in bring the purchase process to a successful close. He introduces us to the service manager who set up a preliminary date for our first service. Tim then introduced us to the manager of the Broadway Ford body shop where we had a slid in camper system installed. Tim then personally escorted me to a local pickup shell merchant where we purchased a new pickup shell. These efforts were beyond those expected of a good salesperson and are sincerely appreciated. I have been involved in the purchase of several automobiles in my lifetime but none of those experiences can come close to this latest experience. Broadway Ford in my opinion is the best dealership in the Ford system.”
