I saw many cars that I liked on their lot, but finally narrowed it down to a 2008 Maxima with only 5,400 miles on it. Car was in great condition, very clean, and Kristian was very efficient working with our bank. Thank you
Salesman David was great, was able to get me the truck and interest rate I wanted and my payment below what I had expected. I did a lot of research on Pathfinders before deciding on purchasing one from Route 22 Nissan. Their prices just could not be beat by anyone else I found.
Cassandra- I called them about 5 minutes before they closed and she answered the phone. She helped me explain what to tell the tow truck driver and told me she would make sure my car was ready by the end of the next day and it was. She was very patient with me and made sure the tow driver understood where to leave my car so they could get it in the shop as soon as they opened. Very helpful, I am going to start using them when i need to fix my car.:)
I was a little nervous about going here after I read some reviews on a few sites, but a few of my friends have purchased cars from them and said they had a great experience. I researched their trucks online and they had the best prices compared to anyone in the area, so I decided to give it a shot. Everything went smooth and I got a great truck. I would definitely recommend them for anyone else who is unsure.
🙂
My husband and I were drawn to this location from their online sales appeal. They offered $2,500 off the price of the car for rebate and knowing the exact car we wanted we decided to look into it.
After arrival we worked with the sales rep, Dave Tober, to negotiate a price- starting the process at 11:00am. When all was said and done Dave “wheeled and dealed” us into a price that was the best my husband and I had seen from the 4 dealers we visited.
We were then turned over to the finance rep, Nuno Ferreira, who then spoke wth us quickly said he was aware of the terms and processe the paperwork- not quickly by any means. When all was said and done we ended up paying an additional $3,500 for the car, taking a loan over 5 years rather than our originally requested 3 years, and didn’t leave with our 18 month old until 7:30pm.
While I am VERY angry at myself for putting up with this type of treatment and not realizing the discrepancy in the financial figures originally; I am even more angry at the location for taking advantage of me. Needless to say we will be purchasing a Quest in the coming months but will NOT be visiting this location and NEITHER SHOULD YOU.
* I had a very good experience at Route 22 Nissan. Their sales people very helpful and understand the customers’ requirements. They have good stock of Nissan cars. When I explained my requirements and told that I want to trade-in my vehicle, they showed the cars available in their lot. I took longer test drives in 3 cars to decide on which car to buy. Finally I found one and they offered a good price for my trade in and I made a deal with them in just in 2 hours.
