I bought my car at this dealership and also got the extended warranty as well as pre-paid oil changes. While at first going there for the oil changes was easy enough, as I got further in the program with the oil changes at times they charged me for the it. Since I also had other work done at those times,I did not always notice that they were charging me for the oil change and each time I had to fight to get the charges reversed, which they did after a month or two. During one of the visits the mat in the driverseat was removed during cleaning and not put back. I noticed it the next day and contacted the company, but they ignored me completely and to this day I am still without the mat. I still had one more oil change left on the plan, but they did not honor this one either and I will not go back there again. As far as the extended service warranty, I consider it a waste of money as I don’t plan on going back there for ANY service.
