The car servicemen are crooks. They will go above and beyond to NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY. something is supposed to be covered. Even when you keep your car serviced, these modern day scam artists will find a way to void the warranty. Even during routine maintenance they find a ways to nickel and dime you for extra money. Listen to what others are saying. Beware, read the fine print, and don’t dare let anyone but KIA service your car; it seems doing so in any way voids your warranty. This tells me the cars are of poor quality and need excessive amounts of servicing to keep running.
The purchasing process is not what I have a gripe about. Although the “dent & scratch” coverage is a scam because they’ve refused to fix any of our scratches or dents yet. My gripe is with the liars, crooks, and shisters in the service department. Talk about dishonest… Folks, DO NOT SHOP HERE.
High pressure, dishonest, unprofessional staff. Lied to me about key issues. Car had mechanical problem when pulling out of the dealership and forced me to still take it…would have cost them nothing to let switch. They were abusive and threatening.
:mad:when i bought the car, they told me that the car was listed for 14900.00 on the cokeys are about 200.00mputer. and they gave me a deal for 12500.00. when i got home i looked on the computer it was listed for 12600.00 when i ask them about this they said that they were discussing just that morning how cars were listed in two or three spots under different prices and that they had to fix that. right. after we bought the car they told us that they only had one key for it, and we discovered that it didn;t have a owners manual. the salesman said that he would call the previous owner who was a minister and ask him if he still had them.after about two weeks, i stopped in, he said that he called about seven times and the guy was on the night shift and never called back. he had told my wife that he would do something to get us a key, because she said that she wouldn;t have bought the car and without two keys, because the keys are about 200 dollars each, he took us too the parts department and then he took off on a test drive, the parts guy told us where to go to buy a key, it like, you bought the car, now get lost. several lies and no help
