My experience with Savage Kia very pleasant. I wanted a very specific Kia Sportage of which there were only 4 available on the east coast. My salesperson Aimee and the financial manager Jeremy were able to get me the Sportage I wanted. They gave me top $$$ on my trade and with low interest financing, I got a “sweet” deal!! I love my Sportage and have received many compliments. I would highly recommend Savage Kia and Aimee Jones as a salesperson.

We are having a huge sale and promotion that our managers are discounting $100 even $1000’s as long as you have a reasonable offer to present to the manager they will be able to get you to where you need to be as far as price, payment and down payment. This offer is time sensitive so the sooner you can come in and test drive to make sure you absolutely love it, the better the deal you will be able to get from our managers. The problem had with Savage KIA had nothing to do with the sales staff. The sales staff is knowledge and willing to help. However, the manager Joe Maturi is a prick who will not hesitate to give a costumer a bad deal.
The sales went well – good price, good people to work with, but it’s the service department that you need to look out for! Just before our warranty expired, the engine light came on with a P420 code (Catalytic Converter Inefficiency). We called it in and my wife took it in to be worked on. Instead of fixing the problem, they reset the light and sent her away! As a result, we are now stuck needing a new CC and O2 sensors – among other things – because they did not properly service it JUST to save on their warranty! We have a pending BBB case now as a result. I would NOT recommend them to anyone because of this!
