I originally bought a Rogue in 2008 brand new, 8 mos later it started having some problems. Called brought it in and they told me it was the transmission…after 8 mos. Got it back 2 days later than expected, car still had problems, called again brought it back in, they couldn’t find anything. Took it home problem got worse brought it back again, they sent me for a ride with a Tech. he said nothing was wrong. Finally I brough it back over Memorial day weekend and said keep it til you fix it. It was driven maybe 10 miles and left on lot for 3 days. I finally said I wanted out and into a newer one….after 2 and a half hours dealing with a teenager that had no clue, I got the manager who finally said everything was all set out of bad car into new all good…until I got the number they tried to make me finance…3k higher than what we had settled on, they said because my first car had negative equity, which because it was a bad car they would take as is no issues. Next day, after being passed around to 4 other managers no deal and the manager picked up the phone and yelled at us when we said we wanted out deposit back calling us A–holes. Unprofessional and they obviously do not care, I have never been treated so poorly as a customer they should not be allowed to speak to anyone ever like that.
at first the saleperson lied his ballz off… they sold my gf a 2003 pathfinder, said it was perfect…. the radio broke a week later and they refused to replace it. then a month later it completely broke down
.. they said it was fully covered….it wasn’t had to pay for it… then they never called us when it was done but said they did… i even proved they didnt with the phone bill….and they charged us 2 days for the rental….. they suck. and they are complete morons.
Have bought from this dealership in the past and recommended a friend to shop there. Visited the dealership today and was met at the door by a sales woman, she never did tell us her name. I realize she may be new but the manager did not help out at all. A credit check was done on my friend and he was never told of his score!! Poor service and Poor training for new salespeople!!!
I was promised as part of the deal 2 free gas fillups and 2 free detailings. Rude and unhelpful every time I have tried to collect.
