My Alliance Nissan reviewThe past three weeks have been a nightmare. It took three weeks and three service visits to get the service technician to even agree that there was a problem. Now he is trying to blame the noise on the tires and it needing a line up when I have confirmation from 3 different places that it is the bearing in the front right wheel and also the gear shaft is going bad.
I have dealt with Biggs and Elizabeth City Motors in the past and both times I had no problems out of their used cars until years later, not with in the first three weeks. I am really shocked at the service, even more so because there were so many people that recommended Nissan to me.This is my first time dealing with Nissan and will definitely be the last.
As for this dealership, I am wondering who the real crook is, I know Davenport took the blame but it seems to be some issues that you all still need to take care of immediately.
THEY ALL ARE CROOKS ! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND CONTACT THE BBB. ALSO; GO TO NISSAN OF CHESAPEAKE. ALLIANCE NISSAN IS A RACIST AND BIGOTED DEALERSHIP !!! THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. ONLY IN IT FOR THE MONEY.
