I took my vehicle in for a warranty item to be fixed two weeks ago. I still have no real time frame a to when it will be fixed. No rental car was offered to compensate me for the delays. It’s very clear that the service people at Balise Honda have zero understanding of customer service. I will never entrust them with a vehicle repair or purchase a vehicle from Balise again.
I have gone to visit this Balise Honda with lots of expectations to get a car. They greeted and immediately came with an application form to get my details and check how much credit i own. I am just new to this country and i am here for the past 1 year. He took all my information and came and said sir you have very low credit and that we cannot we cannot afford much loan. Then again he said is it possible for any of your friends to join as an add on to get loan. Then one of my friends is residing here for more than a year and he has a very good credit score and even with his credit history they were not able to afford a loan. It really sucks !!!! When i approached and asked what is their problem, they didn;t clearly give me an explanation about it. They are trying Honda Financing to offer me loan rather than approaching any private banks. THey wasted more than 2 hours and finally they didn’t reveal atleast how much loan they would be in a position to offer. Even one more thing to note all the cars are more costlier than KBB good rates. I dont know what is the speciality in them.. Ultimately they made me feel that they are neither going to offer me a car nor they are going to reveal to what am i eligible for. Got fed up with them. My advise is dont approach these fools if you are really wishing to buy a good car with an affordable price. All the cars which they own are costlier than other dealers…. But nothing special in customer service………………….
I brought my Honda with 50,000 miles to Balise Honda to be looked at because my wheel started vibrating when I would drive a certain speed. After keeping me waiting 2 hours in their waiting area, and after being approached by multiple sales people pressuring me to buy a new car, they finally told me what was wrong. Turns out I had some tar on my tire, which isn’t anything to worry about, and there was nothing they could do about that. On the other hand, they found a list of things my car needed to have done: ALL new brake pads, ALL new rotors, new power steering fluid and brake fluid to name a few. I asked how much this would cost, and they told me $1200! My car is paid off and they were aware of this, and when I grumbled aloud about the price and the list of things that supposedly needed replacing, the guy said “Just think of this $1200 as an extended loan”. HA! Highly suspicious and aggravated, I left. Now, my friend is a mechanic so I decided to bring my car to him to get a second opinion. Turns out that I don’t need new rotors, I don’t need to replace the power steering and I don’t need new brake fluid. I do however need new brakes, and I told him to go ahead and replace the rotors as well, seeing as how I wil need new ones eventually. What I am paying for all new brake pads and all new rotors with his garage? $250. Yes, that’s right. Balise Honda in West Springfield are crooks. That is a HUGE difference in price, not to mention Balise was trying to do work that didn’t even need to be done. Do yourselves a favor and avoid this place. They’re unprofessional and they’re job is to rip you off. If you have a warranty, fine. If you don’t…go someplace else! Screw you Balise Honda. Screw you for trying to sell me a new car, even though I just paid mine with only 50,000 off. You people are shameless.
They also put into their computer that my car has 7,000 more miles than it actually does. I’m not sure why they did that, but it makes me suspicious as well.
I tried to finance a vehical through Balise Honda (Next to the McDonalds in West Springfield Mass) The Sales person was decent and nice but the whole thing has just been unpromising. I waited 3 hours in the dealership Friday night the 27th of Aug, only to be told by the finance manager that he would have something for me by Monday the latest. I contacted the sites email, with was Charlie Dansby and let him know Monday (Late Afternoon) I havent heard anything yet. So he had Adam call me only to tell me he would contact me later on that afternoon…never heard from him. So I drove down there after numberous attempts, and leaving voice mails for someone to get back to me. I walked into the waiting room, asked Nick (The salesman) to let me know what was going on and if I should go some where else. He tried to get Adam to come talk to me, and then Adam wouldnt for what reason I dont know so then he was looking for a Larry. I waited for about a 1/2 hour alone as I was being told it’s the end of the month and it’s really busy. As I sat there alone, not being helped watching the podeum as everyone sat around laughing and talking…I finally got fed up and walked out. It is not Wednesday and you would of think they would call me as they all watched me walking out hurt and unhappy. but no. I still havent heard anything so Im guessing the deal is done. I have nothing good to say about Balise unfortunatly. I will NOT recomended to anyone in the future. Balise needs to work on their client service a bit better.
At Balise Honda in West Springfield, MA: I paid about 200 dollars for a differential oil change, something probably costs 50 bucks or less somewhere else. How stupid I feel now that I find much lower prices on the internet, what a ripoff. All because they said the heard this noise on the back, something I never noticed. Also, they knew I was leaving town permanently so they wanted to take as much money as possible from me. A veeery suspicious coincidence. Learn from my mistake.
