Please save yourself many headaches and do not do business with ANY Fox auto establishment.
Fox owns many facilities here in Grand Rapids, MI. Avoid them even if you have to travel across town to another site.
Fox is beyond horrible. Don’t go there because your going to get ripped off.. They suck.. I went to Fox Ford on 28th street WITH CASH, to buy a F150 and the little jerk of a salesman would not deal on the price. I had an appointment, but when I showed up the guy looked me up and down like he thought I was some sort of dirtbag. I could see it in his face that he didnt think too much of me.. And then he made me wait, while he did a test drive with some people who showed up after I did.. The guy would not let me test drive the truck I wanted to buy and was firm on the selling price.. He finally told me I was waisting his time and the price of the truck was sticker. And to come back when I had that much money… The next day I drove all the way across the state to a Detroit metro area Ford dealership and got the exact same truck and saved $4800… A few days later I drove my new truck to Fox Ford and parked in the lot. When I saw Bill, my salesman walking out with a customer, I drove up and said ” Hay Bill, look at the truck, you didnt sell me you !*%* and I peeled out in front of them… Take my advice, dont go to Fox, its not worth the hassel and humiliation they put you through…
