had a rear air conditioning problem.. they billed me 3 hours for diagnostics.. my extended service contract wouldnt pay…insurance company said that the problem and part that was ultimately used to make the repair is a common problem and that 1/2 hour for diagnostics would be the norm… they paid for 1 hour and Greenbrook made me pay the other 2 hours plus the deductable… I wrote a letter to the service manager and he never responded to me… I will never do buisness with then again… substandard service department !!!
Once the sale was made, my salesperson didn’t even acknowledge me when he saw me several times after that in the dealership. My plates came in a month late and I was told I couldn’t get temporary ones. I bought the car at night and realized the next morning it was filty and dirty, a taillight was out, I didn’t get floor mats, and I couldn’t get a spare key unless I brought it back the next day. The speaker blew after only a few months, and there was a grinding noise in the rear – neither of which could be fixed the first time I brought it in. After having the shuttle driver take me to run an errand while my car was being fixed, he FORGOT about me and I was stranded for over an hour even after the hour it took to attempt to fix the car. This car is 8 months old and I have not yet had a month where I didn’t have to bring it back and deal with people who do not care about their customers.
Stay away if you do not want to get ripped off. They tell you anything you want to hear then when it all comes down to the deal it is totally different from what they promised. Get everything in writing and read everything carefully before signing. Tony Vitali is a real wise ass, typical pushy car sales man. He got mad at mad when I told him I needed time to think about it. This was my second time dealing with them you think I would of learned the first time!! BE VERY CAREFUL when dealing with this dealership.
It was horrible experience, I got there 10:30 am and left the dealer at 11 pm, 😡
They were not organized, the sales person says one thing, the manager another and the Finance manager another, it was a mess, and now I’m stuck with a bill for the last payment of my old car, because they didn’t honor their promise to pay it, and they did not even gave me the papers to sign the ending the lease. Now I feel that they say anything for costumers just to make a sale:mad:. When I left the dealer with the new car, I was so tired and annoyed that the lady that sold me the car said, “smile, you just got a new car, your face looks like you are in a funeral”.
DON”T GO THERE.
