My Chevrolet Marty Feldman Chevrolet reviewWorst dealer ever! Took my 2-month-old camaro in for service. After they performed the factory recall, they left the parking brake off and smashed my car. Then I had to raise hell to get them to replace the rear bumper instead of just filling it in. End result; I have a paint job with several imperfections in the paint and a cheap apology, but the car will never be the same again. Also, the whole buying experience before hand was poor, and then while i purchased the car, the salesman was a whole nother story. He did not know how to install the convertible top cover, and was less than helpful when I asked him about the options with the car. Needless to say, I would not recommend this dealer to even my worst enemy.

My Chevrolet Marty Feldman Chevrolet reviewIf there was a lower rating I’d give it. I took my car in to repair a bumper that had minor cosmetic damage. After 1 month of waiting for my new car back I had to get Corporate Chevrolet involved to finally get the car repaired. Then when I finally got it back from the body shop the car had scratches on the hood that they still have no repaired almost 2 months later. Also Corporate Chevrolet refuses to take action. They also would not give me a loaner car when the repairs were taking over a month longer than estimated.
DO NOT use this dealership they are terrible and all that awaits you here is a headache and your car worse then when you turned it in.

I felt overall that the service at this dealership was horrible by Chevy standards. The salesman gave me the run around, it took several days and phone calls to get anywhere with finacing, and in the end, I ended up purchasing from another Chevy Dealer. Overall experiance was just stressfull and unnessasary.

My Chevrolet Marty Feldman Chevrolet reviewThis dealership is horrible…every car that I test drove had a problem. Once I did select a car and financed it the vehicle had nothing but problems. I brought it back very unhappy and we decided to switch cars. Well the car that I got a Mailibu – was not working properly either when I drove it. I had to bring it in to get those repairs done as well…When I did pick it up it had a strange clunking noise in the front right of the car which the service department told me was part of the car. I took it to another dealership and they told me that it was a bad strut and it should have been caught by the 100 point inspection. Which obviously wasn’t done. Now my check engine light is on. All I have to say is that they sell CRAP and their service department is CRAP. I will never go back and will never refer anyone there as well. I have told everyone I know that they should not buy from Marty Feldman Chevy…:mad:

Won’t go into great detail, but the transaction was as high pressure as I have ever seen. Add to that the mysterious “changing numbers” that led to them trying to add $2700 to the sales price when I showed up to pick up the vehicle and you will begin to understand why I will NEVER be back!
If you are looking for bad ethics, worse customer service, and changing numbers (and NOT in your favor, either!), you have found the right place. Good luck to you! :rolleyes:
