just bought a brand new escape. could not have been an easier or surprisingly hassle free experience. i will admit taht i was armed with a terrific price quote from cars direct…which i did not share with paul, my salesman…i did not share with him the price, rather just asked him to put his best foot forward. to my surprise and complete satisfaction, his price was hundreds cheaper ( i was dreading the negoiation) i bought it on the spot!!! what a great way to buy a car.
