My Brown-Daub Dodge reviewFelt slighted after dealing directly with a manager. I was left misinformed about the terms of my purchase and loan. I ended up having to refinance with my people’s credit union and they informed me I was and I quote grossly overcharged.

My Brown-Daub Dodge reviewI got sold a car and was told right off the bat that if I didn’t buy it that he had another customer interested that was, and I quote, “meeting him to sign in the morning.” Luckily, I didn’t fall for that and I negociated a fairly low deal a few days later. I was content at first, but when I continuously kept breaking down with my kids stranded, less than 6 mo into purchasing a newer car from them, things changed. I was just outside of the warranty, was without a car for days, and the REAL kicker was that they kept charging me to “inspect” it, yet ea time they were done, since no codes popped up, they insisted they couldn’t fix it and I’d have to wait for it to malfunction again……like I can spare the risk of being stranding with my three kids again on the side of the road scrambling for help. Poor service; it’s ALL a show. Beware.
