Scince new the car has had a problem with the transmission slipping going into 4th gear when cold. After 3 appiontments with Gresam dodge, the first saying they could not find a problem, the second riding with the trans tech on the test drive and then he admitted that yes, there was a problem, and the third where the transmission failed their air leakage test and they tore the transmission down and not being able to find the cause of the problem they resealed it which did not cure the problem of slipping when shifting into 4th gear when cold they told me to take my problem else ware, as their tech could not find the problem. The car now had only 10,000 miles on it. They could have resolved the problem by replacing the transmission. I then took it to Ron Tonkin Dodge where they experienced the problem, tore down the transmission and inspected it and could not find the cause of the slippage shifting into 4th gear and relaced the valvebody of the transmission telling me that they doubted that this would cure the problem. Upon calling them back and telling them that the problem still existed they told me that they didn`t know what to do next. they just didn`t know! Obvious to anyone this problem can be cured by simply replacing the transmission that was defective from the factory!But Gresham Dodge refuses to do this and blames Chrysler Corp. for not authorising them to fix this warranty problem.The car now has 17,000 miles on it and is still well under the 5year, 100,000 mile warranty on the powertrain warranty and the problem has been there scince the car was new. Why do you not want to stand behind your warranty? Why? Gresham Dodge sold me the car and issued me the warranty. Stand behind it! Danny L Grasz
I’m really tired of the way they treat customers. The Boyland auto group needs to pull their heads out and really concentrate on customer satisfaction for a change. Buy Tonkin or anywhere.. but stay away from that African American owner Dorian Boyland and his dealerships.. If they all are run the same way you might have a serious problem on your hands if you buy from them in my opinon. BAD BAD BAD.. that sums it up.

Hey Mr. Salesman is this body style going to change anytime soon? No. Liars! 4 months with new body style. They were already on order. Bought an obsolete truck.
What is this $4k price adjustment here at the bottom of the sticker? OH.. that is an area adjustment. Here in the Pacific Northwest trucks sell for more so we have to add that to all of them we sell. Its a regional increase due to demand. Liars! Talked with several people. This is not true and can be waived by the dealer.
Mr. Salesman? These mirrors are kinda small… do you have any after market mirrors I can buy for this truck? We are working on that. LIAR! NEW TRUCKS with LARGE mirrors were already on order and on their way!. Didn’t bother to tell me about the new body style or the mirrors which I specifically asked him about.
Yes and if you buy today you get a coupld of gas fill up coupons. LIARS! after I signed the papers they said they were out and to come back in a week or so to get some. I did and they said they discontinued the promotion!!! LIARS SUCH Azzhole liars.
Smudge on my headliner.. uh oh… didn’t see that.. took the truck in… they ordered me a headliner.. when I cam back to have it installed they couldnt find it. Said they shipped it back. They re-ordered another head liner.. it never came. Months went by. I gave up after a lot of phone calls. Liars!
Power Step failed in 1st week. Called to re-order. Obsolete, discontinued… wel mabye if you had told me you were switching to a newer truck I WOULD HAVE BOUGHT ONE OF THOSE!! .. obsolete truck in 4 months. No accessories.. no parts… scratched chrome brush guard, cracking dash, heated seats failed, PCM out, guages poping on and off, smudge on roof (headliner), cracking tires, bad cell in battery.. Dealer would not fix 1 item. NOT ONE! all failed within warranty. Turns out they didn’ t have my extended warranty attached to my vin or something!!.. liars… they figured that out AFTER the warranty was up.
If they all blow up and fly out the windows I’m taking my family out to ice cream to celebrate. And that Azzhole finance manager! I hope he melts to his Lie Paper!

I know they will lie to you.. I just don’t know if you will figure it out until it is to late. Don’t buy there.. Try Tonkin.. or Kenall… or even Somewhere else that you know nothing about… it HAS TO BE BETTER than Gresham Dodge.
Go there.. find out yourself.. keep your eyes and ears open.. drink the free coffee mud.. use their free test drive gas… but slam the new car next to you when you open up the doors!.. They just really reamed me and I don’t appriciate it at all.
2 years and still nothing.. I just keep telling my story in hopes to save someone a ton of bad juju from them. Andrew Suvanvej isn’t willing to get my truck fixed to this day! I feel he is not a helpful individual and shouldn’t be running a dealership. We will NEVER go back. The only good reviews I feel are from the people that work there.
response to “Damon” We are a franchise dealer of Chrysler and do have to follow protocol set forth by the manufacture. The truck was originally purchased in 2002. It is clearly out of warranty. We recently contacted him to assist as Dodge is no longer willing to help due to the crude behavior and threats. We offered solutions such as trading out or discounted repairs. Damon was unwilling to except any responsibility as the truck has truly been out of warranty for several years.
