The entire experience from the very first conversation to the final handshake upon departure was excellent. I have had very good and very bad experiences, this is one of my top experiences of all time. I purchased a 2017 Prius v for my parents yesterday, they love the car. The dealership was courteous, respectful, honest and transparent, and thoughtful in each interaction. My next car may be a Toyota just because I had such a good experiences with this dealership. Thank you Steven (customer car rep), Issac (main sales guy), and Mike (manager) for everything. A+++ Rating!
Sorry – I did purchase from this dealership and I would recommend this dealership.
Granted that my case was easy. I had no trade-in, but test driving, and purchasing my 2011 Prius was a pleasure at Willsonville Toyota. Jason Thompson was our sales person. He was very respectful and didn’t pressure us when we wanted to go home and do more research. We came back the next day and purchased my new car!
What a joke. Please for Goodness sake DO NOT Ever buy from these clowns! They have Deceptive pricing, bait and switch sales, and with all the “NO BULL” TV ads, wrong, they ARE full of BS. I will never go back and waist my time there again!
We went to Wilsonville Toyota intending to buy a Camry and use the cash for clunkers as our down payment. Our 1998 Toyota RX 300 was having transmission problems. They initially said they could only give us “salvage value” because the car wasn’t driveable enough. (It needed a new trannsmission–probably $3000 worth of work and then it could be sold for $5000-8,000–it was beautiful). Anyway, after other dealers told us that they would do cash for clunkers on it without hesitating, Wilsonville decided they could too.
The worst part of the deal however is the misleading representations that went into the sale. Boyce started out very nice, saying things like “I would never sell you a car you didn’t want” and “why don’t you take it home for a day and try it out?” and “why don’t you just sign these papers so that if you decide you like it you won’t have to deal with delay and paperwork”. We did those things and tried it out and decided against the car. When I called the next day to say we wanted to take it back Boyce said, “too bad, you signed the final papers” and he denied ever saying we could bring it back. His sales manager stuck by him and we are stuck w/this car we didn’t want. I will never buy a car here again–both because they weren’t going to give us fair value for our car and because the sales pitch is dishonest.
I recently purchased a used vehicle from Wilsonville Toyota. The vehicle was a 2004 with 54,000 miles on it. I live approx. 450 miles from the dealer. The car came with a 3 month or 3,000 mile warranty. After about 500 miles from the time I purchased the car (just after I returned home) the car had a loud noise coming from the engine compartment. There warranty is only good at their dealership, which I kind of understand, However I just purchased the car and they wanted me to drive a broken car 450 miles to get it fixed. I did some work my self and Volkswagen fixed the rest. I called with receits and they told me to go pound sand. So much for their 72 point inspection. I guess it doesn’t mean much if they check the tire pressure 72 times.
