Horrible staff and experience. Actually had a Sales Manager scream profanities at me on the sales floor in front of other staff and customers, as well as children. Stay far away from this place unless you want to get ripped off.

I bought a 2013 RAV4 on 11/11/2016, and pick up the car on 11/12/2016. Only until the last minute when I asked, then they told me there is only one key, and no owners any manual.
It is standard RAV4 comes with 2 keys and manuals, They they have the obligation to disclose any missing equipment in advance. But they try to hide major defect from the
beginning, this violate consumer right and is business fraud.
They also refused to reproduce the 2nd key or cover the cost if I but one from Toyota Dealer.
the modern car key cost me another $300. They should cover the cost.
I’ve never had a better car buying experience! My salesman Biff was great! He wasn’t pushy, very honest and got things done quickly! I had been dealing with another dealership ( herb chambers seekonk) for 3 weeks and they were a nightmare! After deciding to purchase my new car Biff introduced me to Marlon in Finance who was also great to work with. He went over all my options until I was comfortable to choose the best one for me. Overall my car buying experience was easy, timely and even enjoyable! I would definetly recommend Boch Honda! I know I’ll be back there for my next car too!
I had a very bad experience. Jeff in Finance lied to me about details of Honda Care. Later when I found out the truth and tried to cancel Honda Care they gave me the round-around many times and still have not cancelled it.
Be cautious of the price they advertise as the price they buy the car for- it is a complete lie as they build in all kinds of costs on it. Looking back I could have gotten the same car $1500 cheaper without bargaining further west of Boston. Do compare prices on Autotrader.com and Cars.com.

Their finance office lied to us too and the pressure the salesman put on my husband to lease rather than buy was outrageous. I tell everyone not to go there because it is the last dealer you want to buy from. I ended up at
Honda of Boston in Everett and have been happy for 5 years now.
I have been bringing both my Honda’s (2003 Pilot and 2003 Accord) to Boch for 8 years and I am sooooo pleased about the service department and the sales team each and every time I go. They are simply amazing. My sales person, Dennis has been amazing since the day we bought the car and the service team have always accomodated me each and every time I go in no matter the request. Thank you Boch Honda and keep up the great work!:):)
I went to Boch Honda Honda for an “express service” oil change at 3:30pm on a sunday. They are open until 5pm, but the service adviser told me that they were closed for oil changes. They could not do an oil change in an hour and a half? This is not the first time I have had this type of problem with Boch Honda. Boch has lost business I would have given them in the future. Whether it be from myself or any one I would have recommended!!!!!

I cannot say enough good about my experience at Boch Honda.
Never was I “mowed over” by aggressive sales tactics ( a refreshing change ! ).
My sales associate, John McDermott was very professional
I felt that both my car and my budget needs were met when dealing
with John, he had a good understanding of what I wanted and I felt
cared for as opposed to sold.
When it came to the financing Geoffrey Ewell, the Finance director at Boch
Honda made sure I understood all the terms of my agreement and patiently
answered all my questions.
I would refer my famliy and friends to John Dermott and Boch Honda
in a Heartbeat.

My experience with Boch Honda was great. I am from NJ and called them up to discuss the car etc. before going in to buy. The manager Denise was very professional and their follow up even before I went in was perfect. I drove all the way from NJ to MA to buy a car,fighting my way through 5 hrs of holiday traffic and I would do it again.It was well worth it! From the moment I walked in,which turned to be 7.30 pm on account of traffic,the staff was great.No pressure. My sales person, Wally Thomas, was friendly,courteous and extremely helpful and efficient. As a single woman going in to buy a vehicle,I could not have been treated better. Bill,his manager and Eric the Finance manager were also extremely helpful and honest. Their service was impeccable,the deal was perfect and my experience at Boch has me recommending it to everyone !! 🙂
Had you asked me about Boch Honda the day I bought my car, I would have given a glowing review. They made me wait a couple of hours to process the paperwork, but they were extremely busy that day.
Two months later, however, and I myst now recommend that no-one does business with Boch Honda. The reason? Telemarketers!
I get 2-3 calls a week from automated telemarketers asking if I want to extend my warranty, reminding me that my car is due for service, etc. I’ve asked to be removed from the call lists, and still receive the calls.
I hove purchased cars from several dealers in the area, and Boch is the only one who gave my information out in this way. I will never buy another vehicle from any Boch dealership again.
