This was my first time buying a brand new car, I usually buy use, this was a very pleasant experience. I would recommend this dealership to first time buyers

Hello, I just wanted to tell everyone do not believe that you are going to get a car here. First this lady name Vanessa calls me,to tell me that I was approved for a car. Well I did not beleive her so I ignored the calls.So then I answered the phone and ask her are you sure that I am approved,please do not waste my time. So she told me I am looking at your approval from a bank right now. So me and my husband went down there,and so we waited out in the lobby until we was called. Then we went back there to the salesman and he comes up with this bullshit story that I am going to have to have a co-signer. Well,why did Vanessa not tell me this at first? Then he tells me also the bank only approved me for $7000. What kind of car can I get with that? Then he told me that I have to have a large down payment like around $10,000. They told me that they had a program going on called clean slate. Well this company is not a good reputable company and I would advise any one not to go there. Then you never get to see the lady that called you! I beleive they keep them lock up back there so they can get us in there. The staff had a I dont care attitude,and the place is just full of lies. They are liars! Liars! Liars!
They called me also and told me the same thing over the phone. I questioned the lady that called me to make sure she was not pulling my leg. I was approved for $15,000.00. Still didn’t believe it until I drove off the lot with a BRAND NEW SENTRA. I was very pleased with the outcome.
No down payment, my $1500 rebate took care of that.
I was told I needed to come in and sign the contract again because of the dates. I told Moses that I didn’t want to resign the contract and he told me that if I didn’t I would not get my rebate. I told him “no you as in the dealership would not get the rebate”. He said, no you won’t. He told me that I would be receiving $500.00 rebate check that would be mailed to me that was July of 09. I called today and the sales manger called me back to tell me that I did receive my rebates. I told him what the finance person Mose’s, said. He didn’t know what to say. He did try to say he must of meant, I didn’t let him finish his sentence. I told him I know what he meant because he said “a check will be mailed to me”.:mad: That was the 3rd time they LIED about what I was to receive.
These people need to do Time Share sales when they need extra money. They are one in the same. Would I recommend this place NO!!!
Everyone that works there is out to make money so they are not trying to make the best deal for you!! DON’T LET THEM TELL YOU WHAT YOU WANT…. YOU TELL THEM!!!!!!!! When you do the test drive they keep your car keys. ASK FOR THEM BACK. They are sells people!!!!! I was in somewhat of a hurry and that was my big mistake. I did buy a 2009 Quest. I traded in my 2007 Honda which i didn’t need to change the oil until every 6,000 miles. Nissan told me on the Quest it was every 5,000 miles. WRONG, it’s every 3750 miles.
They will tell you what you want to here just to make a sell even if it is not correct. They know how to play the game. That goes for the manager, finance person and so on. THIS WAS A VERY DUMB MOVE ON MY PART TO BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
