I bought my first car which is a Subaru from this dealer and it was a great experience. The pricing was right and the financing was. Troy, the sales person was extremely helpful
I can’t begin to say enough about this dealership. This is my second Subaru and I’m very happy to know that we have a great dealership in Houston that respects you and your decisions when making a huge investment like buying a car. I knew what I wanted and wanted the best bang for my buck. I can say that the salesperson up to the general manager and the finance manager help me meet my needs and explained every step of each process. As a female we normally get taken advantage of when buying a car; therefore I normally ask many questions and do all my research/shop around before I make a decision but I love what West Houston Subaru has to offer and how they go about making sure you are making the right decision without feeling pressured.

Very good dealership! Great bunch of people there. Bruce, Daryll, Eliel, Rob, and Vince. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Got a hold of dealership information from Subaru.com. Called them up and they were able to provide the best price in four states I covered.

Wow is all I can say! We had a wonderful experience. The Manager was the Best. They took care of everything even before we walked in the door. :D:)
West Houston Subaru practices very deceptive pricing strategies. They continuously try to work you to going off of monthly price instead of car price.
Expect to have them throw some massively overpriced number at you, then have you put all your energy into working them down to what the car should cost monthly AS MARKED.
Watch out for the short overconfident guy in the corner office who drives the Jaguar.
They threw $497 a month at me for a car which should of only been $370 a month. They also did the “Take the car home and come back tomorrow tactic”
I would NOT recommend going there. The only reason I had to use them was that I wanted a car that no one else had (diesel Jetta TDI manual)
Also forgot to note, they handed me off FIVE times when I came in.
