Zero stars!!! My wife and I purchased a 2013 Ford Escape from Watertown Ford on 4 / 20 / 15. We spent the entire day there and by the end we were exausted and hungry. We found out when we got home they had lied about the advertised price and overcharged us by a $1000. I complained to the salesman Sam who sent me to Al the finance mgr’s voicemail Who never returned my call. My wife and I went back the following Friday for a sticker and registration. I again told Sam how disappointed I was with the dishonesty and unless it was made right they would loose us as customers. I also told Sam as I did on Friday that I was interested in purchasing my vehicle next and if they made it right I would buy from them. I told Sam I had an appointment with Franklin Ford and would cancel it. Till now I have not heard back from Watertown Ford. Friday afternoon I purchased a 2013 Ford F150 from Franklin Ford. Not only did Watertown Ford loose a sale of at least $30k they lost a loyal customer for ever! If you buy from Watertown Ford WATCH OUT! They are willing to loose customers for a $1000. 4/28/15 Alex D from Watertown Ford requested I call him to see if they could fix the issue. He asked what Watertown Ford can do to get me to chang the review. I ask him to give back the $1000. He said “Thanks for calling” Alex was condescending and bordering rude on the phone. My position and review will not chang.

The entire staff was very helpful and friendly, they gave me a great a deal and I couldn’t be happier with my new vehicle.

Even though I didn’t buy a vehicle at Watertown Ford I think these guys were great! I worked with Stan and Bruce and they were fantastic. The just didn’t have the exact car in stock, I wanted a very specific Fiesta model and all the dealers seem to be having a hard time getting these right now. They were extremely helpful and didn’t try to pressure me into something I didn’t want. I would definitely recommend Watertown Ford!

I initially inquired on the Internet and they were great right from the start. Alex got me three price quotes on exactly what I was looking for within minutes of me sending the submit button! He answered all of my questions, gave me their up front pricing and was able to set me up with my test drive. We set up our test drive, the car wasn’t “magically sold” and the price was exactly what they had promised. DJ was great and went over all the equipment and was real helpful throughout the whole process. If you’re looking for a Ford dealer in Boston be sure to check these guys out!!! A+++
I have purchased many vehicles at Watertown Ford and believe me, these guys are great! We just purchased our Ford Explorer from Paul and we loved our experience. He was extremely helpful, found us exactly what we were looking for and they were able to get us the absolute best price. 1.Did not prep auto prooperly for sale
2.Did nor repair all problems in a efficient manner after I gave the list to the General manager Matt Thomspson.
3.Wrong number of mileage 50,000 instaead of 70,000 put on my warranty,has refsued to coreect and lied to the BBB about offering me a compomise about fixing the problem which was their mistake.
4.On two occasions attempted to repair a problem under the extended warranty,failed on 1/29/07 and then again on 4/14/07,PETER KING gm of watertown ford PROMISED TO SEND VEHICLE TO A CHEVY DEALER FO FIX,DID NOT,VEHICLE WHISTLING LIKE A SEWING MACHINE.

Please note in the practice of doing honest and ethical business , this dealer has done nothing in over 2 years to rectify my problem on my extended warranty, all i ever got was asong and dance,if you want a reputable auto dealer go someplace else.if you want lies aand promises you are quite welcome to use this dealer.I have learned my lesson!!!!Still waiting for this dealer to do something!!!This dealer is great atdoing nothing!!
