We went to one of their off site events because we had received one of those you win a prize fliers. We are also looking for a second car. So it was not just because of the flier as we know the chances of winning anything good is slim to none. The first guy to greet us was rude and mean in more than one way. We were asked what we could do for a down payment and a monthly payment we told them then we were told that with our credit that was not possible. Ok thats fine give us what we did win and let us go. No another guy steps in and says he can make it happen. We told him the same thing we told the first guy. This second guy told us he can make anything happen. Well no he can not. We briefly considered trading in our current vehicle towards the new one even though what we really need is a second vehicle. The first guy we talked to drove our jeep very fast in a very small lot with a lot of other cars and people around. Then it took us almost 30 minutes to get OUR keys back to OUR car. A third guy is like here you like this car take it for a drive. So we did. We liked it. We get back he says here take it for the night bring it back after your husbands gets out of work tomorrow. You can leave your car over there. We were like WHAT??? We told him no. it looked like they were gonna lets us take both ours and their car home for the night but I said no. They kept pressuring us. We were there for over 2 hrs in over 90 degree heat. the worst parts were the pushy sales staff AND them not being willing to give us OUR keys back. We didn’t even get the prize we actually did win from the flier.Rude horrible staff. I will never buy from them. and I will never recommend them to anyone. Horrible dealership We felt like we were being tricked. AND it was on my birthday. What a way to be treated and yes they knew cause they asked for my date of birth for a credit check how horrible. never buy from them
Purchased 2006 Dodge ram 1500. After discovering that the box was not attached I did a carfax and found out that the truck had been smashed head on into a tree in NJ. The dealership promised me a replacement truck. After being lied to repeatadly they finally ended up saying that all they would do is give me a warranty for when it breaks down. The truck shimmies and makes thunking noises. the brake light on the dash goes on and off and the truck stalls intermittently. I feel unsafe driving it. There was never a buyers guide on the truck before I bought it. I contacted the manager, Mark Ledtke by email and told him I was hoping to resolve the matter without involving the Attorney generals office and he didn`t respond. The salesman Chuck told me that Mark said I don`t have a leg to stand on and to go ahead and contact the Attorney Generals Office. //I finally got them to agree to give me an unlimited mileage, 4 year warranty that would cover any defects that may come about as a result of the accident . The salesman brought the warranty paper right to my house for me to sign. It was just a yellow paper. He showed me a brochure with two pages checked at the top. He said “you get this warranty, with this add on”. It looked like a good warranty. We signed the yellow papers which didn`t have much on them. Later we discovered that the warranty paper that he had us sign was dated 4-20-2010, but he just had us sign the warranty paper on 6-16-2010. They dated the warranty for the day I bought the truck.(Insurance fraud?) Now when I get the actual warranty in the mail from Chrysler, it turns out to be a plain old 39 month drive train warranty. They even screwed me on the warranty that was suppose to be the remedy for screwing me the first time on the truck. I can`t seem to get any resolve out of this company. I have even been contacting the vice president of Vision Dodge, and he has promised me that he would try to get me a replacement truck, but I have heard no more from him either. I am finally going to stop listening to their lies. I have sent my complaint with all of my documentation to the NYS Attorney General`s Office.

I bought a 2006 Dodge Ram. The dealership buried me in $24,000 debt for a truck that has been smashed into a tree. I bought the truck in April 2010. I noticed that there was a terrible clunking. Upon further inspection, I discovered that the box was not fastened downto the frame. This prompted me to do a Carfax report, something I should have done before I bought it. The carfax report revealed that the truck had been run off the road and smashed head on into a tree in New Jersey. it had to be towed away. I brought this up to the dealer and they told me they would get me another truck. Then they said they couldn`t but they would give me a warranty to cover anything that may have been defective from the accident. The warranty they told me about was a four year unlimited mileage warranty. The warranty I got in themail was a 39 month drive train warranty. Since I bought the truck, I have had it back twice for the brake light coming on at random. So far the only thing I know for sure that they fixed was that they fastened the box down. I talked to the general manager about the warranty and told him I wanted a different truck. He again said he couldn`t get me a different truck and that the reason it was just a 39 month drive train warranty is because a 4 year unlimited mileage warranty doesn`t exist. I told him they shouldn`t have told me it was going to be a 4 year unlimited mileage warranty. He also told me that they don`t have to disclose the accident to me. I then emailed the vice president of Vision Auto Group and he assured me that he would find me another truck. I didn`t hear from him, so I emailed him again, and he said he hadn`t found a truck yet, but he didn`t forget about me. I haven`t heard from him since. I have now sent all of my documents to the NYS Attorney General`s Office. Hopefully they can get some results for me. I will never buy another vehicle from any of the Vision Auto Group dealerships again.
This dealership screwed me. They sold me a 2006 Dodge Ram that had been smashed head on into a tree. After I told them about the accident that I found on the Carfax, they promised me another truck. Never happened. They lied to me and stalled for 5 months leading me on with promises of a new truck and then a warranty and again with another truck. I have now reported them to the BBB, The NYS AG Office, The NYS DMV, and I have also retained an attorney. Vision Dodge is by far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP. I was lied to by everyone there. I have even contacted the Vice President of Vision Auto Group and could get no where with him either. www.visiondodgescrewedme.com
