Their service is awful. Our Silverado truck is just out of warranty and they will not cover the cost of a new battery. Gave us a b/s story and blamed the aftermarket sirus radio installer for a fuse in the heated mirror which drained the battery. No heater mirrors on this truck. All they care about is to screw you out of as much money as they can and will use anything as a scapegoat. On the phone with GM and they had better fix this as I will never ever purchase a GM again. I hope the $178.00 I paid is worth losing a customer. I need to purchase a new car and my husband and I may go back to FORD.
Could not answer my questions honestly and accurately.
Financing had 0 rebates an 0 incentives. Inside the dealership smelled like cigarette fumes. Seemed to rub it in my face that I was not a GM employee and that I couldnt get the special rates. Overall worse car buying experience I’ve ever encountered. I could not get out of the store fast enough
This was a typical car buying experience. Sure, there was pressure to buy now but that has been my experience with most houses and can transfer to getting a good deal IF you are prepared with the proper buying info and have shopped the product. It takes thick skin to say NO to someone breathing down your neck but, again, this just means they want to and WILL sell the product for a reasonable profit if you have the staying power to get to that number! Know your product and what you are willing to pay BEFORE you go to a dealership and you stand a good chance of getting it if you dig your heels in.
That said, I found Alex to be pleasant and the rest of the house the same.
I’ve since had my truck in for service and have had a good experience. Job done properly the 1st time and ready when promised. All in All, not a bad experience!
I called about a new camaro and they said they had one on thier lot with all the options I wanted. I showed up an hour later and the car I wanted was sold but they tried to get me to look at a camaro that was nothing like what I wanted. I left aggrivated. 8:30 the next mourning the salesman called me and told me the car I wanted was available the other deal fell threw. I asked what they were getting for the car since the car is popular and some dealers are charging over invoice. He told me 5 over invoice and I said forget it thinking he meant five thousnad, he then asked me what I think he meant by five and I said thousand and he said no five hundred. And I said OK I’ll come take a look. I think he was trying to feel me out to see what he could soak me for. I drive an hour to the dealership just to get there and have him tell me the managment insists on 2000 over invoice. I start to walk out and he tells me to come inside so we can fight for a better price. I told him I didn;t have time for that game and left. I have never had a worse experiance with a dealer and I have had some bad ones.
Please listen up. This was the worst experience with a dealership that my husband and I have ever experienced. We were promised 1 price and payment after a couple of days of thought we were given a call back from their salesmen (who mind you was completely rude and condescending) that these were the figures and they were 100 dollars more then what we were promised. When i called my salesman he said to come down that day and everything would be taken care of and whatever was negotiated originally would be the sealed deal. We drove down there and 1. Were greeted very poorly 2. finance guy talked down to us and didnt want to “challenge our intellegence” and again gave us the same wrong numbers that we didnt agree too. It felt as tho i was in a boxing match. To make a long story short they made a mistake in not calculating our pay off into the loan when they said they did, did not do anything to work with us, salesman left the room and did not take responsibility for the mistake, and left us high and dry. We walked out of there furious and will NEVER step foot there again. Empty promises and extremely rude sales, finance, and business managers!
The transaction started just fine, but when we put the deposit on what we thought was a GM certified vehicle, they suddenly forgot to include that on the final sales contract. we are fighting it because it is written on our deposit contract, but are awaiting the final outcome. Instead they tried to include a platinum protection policy that is good at only their dealership which is over an hour from our home. We were desperate to purchase a vehicle for my husband due to his car being totalled by someone else, but we wanted to let all buyers beware. As we were leaving the dealership, someone else was coming in to complain about a platinum protection plan that they never explained to him either. Buyer Beware in a big way!!!
