This is the worst dealership ever . Im well known for keeping my vehicles dealer maintained.Even my older vehicle(knowing i can get the service alot cheaper at any corner service center) Im a firm beleiver that everybody deserves to be paid fairly.I bought 3 new vehicles from springfield ford and my wife is currently looking for a new S.U.V .One thing is for sure the service department is so bad im not buying my next vehicle from there.My three new vehicles all had transmission problems that were never really resolved .Always got the trans guy is in one day a week talk.Scheduled days to be repaired a week in advance and somehow by the end of the day never had a chance to get to it.Whats the point in scheduling an appointment.Wasnt like i was a random walk in that was taking a chance in being seen.Recently i pulled in with a flat at 3:30 pm (riding almost on the rim) and of course got deneid service.Thinking i would atleast get some service in time of need .Sent me away riding on my rim .Wasnt even offered air to try to inflate it temporarily.On to the corner shop that was willing to help me immediately.Three weeks later again i was having trouble with my valve stems on my work truck .Showed up at 12:30 pm thinking i would give them plenty of time to get to it .Once again .Not able to get to it. Maybe they should get rid of the 10 customer service reps and hire more mechanics .What we the people need .All in all. If its service you need go somewher else .Save yourself the aggervation.

:mad:I am a owner of a 2005 Lincoln Aviator. I had my car in for service on March 10th and 11th. I had the right rear bearing replaced that cost me over $650.00 dollars and I was suppose to have a oil change for 17.95 advertised also. I pick my car up on the 11th of March around 18:15 pm. After arriving to work I discover that someone at the dealer service shop took the liberty and took my frame off my back plate which I own but from another car which happens to be a Chrysler Jeep Grand Cherokee. This plate holds special memory’s that dates back 14 years. Not only was the back frame removed from my car a Springfeild Ford plate with phone display placed on the front of my car. This was all done with out my consent. I mean no one ask me anything. When I ask who would do this to a customer the service rep Bob Anjoeleano said he would look into it. Now six days later Bob Anjoeleano admits he took the frame off my car and tried to replace it with a plastic one. By the way the oil was never changed.
PLEASE save youself a LOT of PAIN and go to another service shop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
