High pressure sales from bait and switch add. Sales Rep from out of State. Elder Parents were pressured into a used vehicle $9000 OVER KELLY BOOK PRICE. Lost their loan free working vehicle. Tried to get Larry Spacc to understand their situation and how they couldn’t afford this less than 12 hrs from time of sale. He would not listen. Bank stated that the income on the contract was inflated from what actual is. Elder couple are in their 80’s. Health issues involved on their cognitive decision making.
