Worthless. They apparently cannot fix anything, even those problems that they promised they would fix when I was purchasing the car. These are not minor problems. The issues appeared right after the basic warranty had run out (2 months). The car pulls dramatically to the right when breaking, shakes violently on the highway, and the rear window constantly squeaks. The CD player has shorted out, and the window fell into the door at a toll booth and is still sitting in there. I’m disgusted with this dealership, their salespeople (who promised they would fix ‘everything’ that wasn’t perfect upon purchase) and the service department.
I am very dissatisfied with Ingersoll. I purchased a used vehicle and it completely broke down immediately after the warranty expired. Ingersoll basically shrugged their shoulders and said it was my problem. I had to flatbed the vehicle to an authorized dealer and, thus far, have paid almost $1,000 in repairs just for it to run, never mind the other problems. Ingersoll sells garbage and does not stand behind their garbage.
Salesman very nice UNTIL you BUY! Then they forget the sale and do not return calls. No instruction book in vechicle, no floor mats.We were given two keys at point of sale. One did not work. We had to go back to the dealer to get the key reprogramed , then they tried to charge us for it! Like it was our fault the key did not work. They said well you can still use the car having one key! Personal property left in trade in vechicle was not returned as promised. Once you buy they do not want to have anything to do with you.Would not go to that dealer ever again! 😡
Very Shady people to work with. They’ll let you take the car without completing the finance paper work, then bother you for the whole month. I never had to deal with such dealership in my life. These people sucks. They force you to purchase the car, they never return your call when you need something fixed. As soon as they finish paper work, they wouldn’t even recognize you. Never buy a car again from this dealership.
I went to Saturn of Watertown a few days ago. They tried to sell me a 1998 Saturn SL1 for $6000. I looked at the salesperson Jerry like he was nuts. I told Jerry that according to edmunds and even Kelly Bluebook that the car was worth $2800. Jerry did not listen to me. This is severe price gouging and being extremely dishonest
