My Saturn of Bordentown review:(:(Sales Representatives Jennifer Coulter + Mitchell Kassoff provided me with very bad buying experience. I would not recommend purchasing any car from Saturn of Bordentown NJ. I paid cash for the car in Mid October 2009. They will not provide the title, tags, registration which I paid for. They lie and give false stories why they cannot complete the tranasaction. I have filed complaints with NJ Department of Community Affairs.
Jennifer Coulter act stupid, when I try to complain she says” It is not my problem”. “I am unable to help you”. Very incompetant-STAY AWAY-BEWARE
Mitch Kassoff should not be trusted either, tells conflicting stories, when I try to call him. It has been over 50 days, with no tags, plates, registration. Numerous calls to Saturn of Bordentown only leave me with frustration.
I will be filing charges with Bordentown Police Department shortly, they have my money, took money for plates, tag, registration, still have temp tags.
Mitch Kassoff and Jennifer do not return phone calls or emails, they do not act in customers best interest. They took my money and kept it or conducted inappproprate business.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER
