Tom O’Brien Hyundai was wonderful. My car was fixed no problem and service was wonderful. Mike D and Jimmy were on top of things and were honest with the quote and wait time they did offer to give me a ride to work and pick me up at the end of the day. When my car was ready the price was great and the service was so friendly and understanding and patient. I admit I dont know much about cars and they explained everything in detail to help me.
I will continue to go to Tom O’Brien Hyundai and I have referred friends and family as well. Great place and great people. 😀
Just uncovered the scam they did to me. Telling me I needed work done to fullfill my warrenty, which I thought I already did there, but they said no it was never done. They trick you and use scare tactics to make you feel as though you have to have work done you already had done. OMG, i went with their word that I never had it done and got it done at another place. Then found out they LIED to me. I caught them, how many others have they done this to? Brought it to their attention and want the money I spent on unneeded work reimbursed, but they are blowing me off. I am not sure if this is common practice or if it is just because I am a single female. Yes, my take is they make you feel as you need this work done and laugh behind your back.
Please think twice before even stepping into that place, you might end up like me spending money you don’t have on stuff you don’t need.
I have been doing research and have seen other websites and the horrible stuff they do to people in the service department and also the sales team. I am on a mission to let everyone know how unhonest this place is.
The sales employees at Tom O’Brien were more than helpful from the minute I expressed interested in purchasing my new Sonata. They were exceptionally knowledgeable about vehicle specifics and comparisons and ably assisted me in choosing the vehicle that best suited my needs and lifestyle. The process of purchasing a car was painless and enjoyable with Tom O’Brien, compared to some of my past experiences. They treated my family and me with respect and kindness. I could not have asked to get more out of my car buying experience, not to mention I could not find a better deal! A+ grade overall.
The salesperson was fine, it was the fiance officer and general manager that were awful. the finace officer never gave me copies of my paperwork the day that i sign,
bought and went home with the vehicle. the general manager makes the salesperson make the consumer sign a blank purchase contract. i wish i had read the laws before i went out and bought a car. if i had i proably would of walked out of this place, because i would of knew for sure they were breaking my consumer laws. this dealership seems to have inexperience staff. the staff should really be taught the laws.
oh they also took the monroney sticker off the car. they should read the federal law regarding the sticker, i am sure they will be once they are fined by the federal trade commission. bottom line – don’t go there…
