This is the most despicable most difficult auto shopping experience I have had in my life, my wife and I came in to inquire about a mini, we called made an appointment to test drive with the Knauz Mini sales manager, who I was told was the only one available. We showed up and guess what, he wasn’t there, he went home, thats it, he didn’t ask anyone to cover for him, he just went home…we spent 40 minutes looking for someone to help, we finally found someone and the sales lady acted as if we were inconveniencing her by asking her about cars, please…isn’t that her job to show cars. We were really upset so we went home and return the next day. On the next day we talked to a pretty good salesman, seemed like a nice guy but tried to push us toward certain features, thats fine, we were looking at stock so it didn’t matter. So we made an offer, the guys actually laughed in our face and said he would include floor mats and that is all he is doing, then he went to his sales manager, the sales manager came out of his office and said, GOODBYE we don’t need your business, and slammed the door in my wifes face. So we took our business to Bill Jacobs and we had a good experience there. The sales department at Knauz is is staffed with rude obnoxious person who dont know how to run a sales department, or treat their customers with care, I suggest you stay away.
