BAD SERVICE . YOU WILL BE TOTALLY RIPPED OFF AT THIS PLACE . I HAD AN EXPENSIVE OIL CHANGE PLUS ( WHAT THET CALLED 120,000 MILES MAINTAINENCE ) , WAS CHARGED $ 440 . ( IT WOULD HAVE COSTED ME $ 140 AT JIFFY LUBE ) . THEY SAID A/C REPAIR WILL COST ADDITIONAL $ 470 , IF I NEED SOMETHING ELSE CHECKED ( DRIVE TABLE? ) IT WILL BE ADDITIONAL $ 970 PLUS .
GOD SAVED ME FROM BUYING CAR FROM THIS DEALER . IT WAS A TOTAL BITTER EXPERIENCE FOR US .
SEARS CHARGED US $ 130 FOR YEARLY A/C MAINTAINENCE FEES , INCLUSIVE OF COST OF FREON . HOWEVER THERE WAS LEAK AND TUBING NEED TO BE CHANGED , THIS SERVICE WAS NOT OFFERED BY SEARS — THEY ASKED US TO SEE A DEALER .
IN SPITE TELLING THE SERVICE MAN THAT THERE IS A LEAK , AND TUBING NEEDS TO BE PLACED, HE REPEATED THE DIAGNOSTICS , CHARGED $ 100 AND TOLD US THING WHICH ALREADY KNEW —- TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME
( WHY WOULD THEY CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER’S MONEY ANYWAY ? )
BAD BAD PEOPLE . THEY WILL YOU RIP OFF . STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER .
Although I had done a lot of research, I was anxious about making my first brand new car purchase. Not only did I receive a very good price, I didn’t have to haggle long for it. I did not feel overly pressured. I felt very taken care of by Diane Thompson who made me feel more at ease with the whole situation.
As my new Honda fit sits in my garage, not only do I love owning it but I feel a peace of mind that I did not overpay, that I got exactly what I wanted, and that if I need any additional help, it is not an inconvenience to Jay Wolfe.
Saleman Ryan MacFarlane is not the worst saleman we (my wife & I) have encounter, however he not so good neither. Jay Wolfe Honda financial person is an A** H*** (wish we got his name); wasted our time:mad: (played the waiting game); tried to sale us Extended warantees when we purchase a Certified Used 2007 Honda CRV; we declined; gave us an attitude. We promissed our self to NEVER to do business with this dealer again. 😡

I had a great experience with Jay Wolfe Honda. I leased a 2010 Honda Accord Coupe. Vic explained everything about the lease and told me everything up front. Make sure you never assume anything when buying a car and you’ll be just fine!!

Bruce and I negotiated a price, but when I went to pick the car up things changed. They said they would fix a couple scratches and dings, but said at the current price they could no longer afford to do that. Tricksters. I really liked the car but was not going to let them take advantage of me.
