I have purchased well over 10 vehicles in th last 20 years and purchasing(2) new and (1) used vehicles within the last six years with from Jay Wolfe Acura has been the most gratifying of all experiences. During those six years my wife and I have received utmost in customer service by the sales and service center staff.

I wanted to Thank the staff at Jay Wolfe Acura for thier help in finding a great car for my wife. It has been over 8 years since she needed a new one and after visiting a number of different dealerships we felt the TSX was the vehicle for her. The Salesperson was very helpful and low pressure which was hard to find. Even after the sale when I could not program my garage door opener he came over to my house and did it for me. I just wanted to let someone else know that I had a great experience!
I contacted Jay Wolfe after researching the Acura MDX on-line. They told me that although the package I wanted wasn’t there that it would be possible to get it once we had everything worked out. When I arrived I was greeted quickly and then worked out the details with the Salesperson I spoke to. Within a week I had the MDX I wanted and the entire process was easier than I imagine! I would not hesitate to buy another Acura from Jay Wolfe! 🙂
Thank you Dennis and Jay Wolfe for making our purchase so easy. You helped us find the right MDX and explained the differences in the packages and how we can add things to it so ours was customized just right. The financing was a simple process which was great because the last time we bought a car from somewhere else we waited and waited, not at Jay Wolfe, we got in and out quickly with the finance paperwork. We will also look forward to taking advantage of the free oil changes too. Our last car had 170,000 miles on it! Thank you again!

Absolutely the best experience I have had getting my vehicle repaired. The Service Staff was absolutely fantastic. Dan, Michelle, Steve, Chris and Nate are all just great. The Mgr even took time out to say Hi and ask how Service was. What a great experience. The Starbucks and Panera were over the top. By far the best service department in KC.. I had to post this because I bought my car at Jay Wolfe and the guys up front are just as good in the back.. And if I was buying a car I would trust a factory trained service department to do my inspection. Oh Well You cannot make everyone Happy But Jay Wolfe Acura sure does it’s best to.
Terrible place! Warning, stay away from Jay Wolf Acura! Went in to purchase a used car. Finally haggled down price to a REASONABLE price for what the car was worth after they kept insisting on a BS $300 administrative fee. Signed papers and agreed to buy the car pending my mechanic’s inspection. They assured me the car was in great condition and would pass the mechanical inspection.
Weaver’s Auto Center was able to identify a leak in the power steering pinion. This is at least a $1,000 fix. Cars leaking power steering fluid will NOT PASS MISSOURI STATE INSPECTION. That means it would be illegal for the dealership to sell the car to a private party. I went to the dealership to show them this. They refused to fix the leak or go down on the price of the car. They said they would have to sell it at the dealer auction with other dealers. NOW I find out they are still posting the car on craigslist and cars.com to rip someone else off and havent fixed the problem! This is illegal and fraudulent and these are corrupt terrible people!
