This dealership practices both the “backdated contract” and “yo-yo” scams. They will call you back a couple of days after you sign contracts and take delivery to say that you need to come back in to resign the contracts because they “made a mistake” on the original one. The new contract is then backdated to the date of the original contract, which is illegal in the state of Washington. I have filed a formal complaint with the Washington State Dealer Licensing Board, as well as contacted the State Attorney General’s Office and the Better Business Bureau. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
WE HAD A VERBAL AGREEMENT TO PURCHASE A CAR. WE HAD GONE TO THE BANK, TO GET THE MONEY, AND WHILE WE WERE OUT TEST DRIVING THE CAR, THEY ALLOWED ANOTHER COUPLE TO PURCHASE OUR CAR! WE WERE INFORMED OF THIS AFTER WE RETURNED TO THE DEALERSHIP. WHEN WE GOT UPSET, THEY THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE ON US. THEY TOLD US THAT A VERBAL AGREEMENT WAS NOT VALID, AND THAT WE COULD CALL ROB MCKENNA, THE ATTORNEY GENERAL, IF WE WERE NOT HAPPY WITH HOW WE WERE TREATED. DON’T EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, OR BILL PIERRE WHO OWNS HORRIBLE THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!!!

I have employee purchase plan available to me, and have bought 3 cars at Harris Ford over the years. The first two were with my ex-husband, the last on my own. The disrespect shown to women is palpable; the run around I was given was extraordinarily rude. My pricing was locked in; but I still got a runaround. I need to buy a new car and will do everything I can to stay away from them.:mad:
Harris Ford provides excellent service on all Ford vehicles. My Ford Fusion was in a miserable condition as it had not been into a service station for years. The entire service procedure was completed in a surprisingly easy manner and they also gave me 15% off on service charges. I want to thank all the technicians and staff of Harris Ford for their kind co-operation.
.. than go with these guys again. I should of walked out but I needed a car. Lot’s of promises… none kept. Lied about my credit score (I checked it same day). Five hours and only shown two vehicles. Went early and still ended up late for work. Terrible financing… my fault for letting thier high pressure sales get to me. Just want to warn the next person so they don’t fall into the same trap… keep away.
