December 19 2011just bought a 2008 kia sedoma well actually november 25 it is a great looking ca…r but before i took it looking it over the radio was not working, But Peter Olsen said we will get it fixed, when he started the car or wagon I guess you call it a smoke came out of the tailpipe and it lasted for a while, I pointed it out to Peter ” Oh it’s just been sitting and that’s condensation”, and I asked him for the carfax, come over to the computer he said and obliginly pulled up something on his computer, “it says here he read off the computer at 33,000 miles had some shop work done and a report of a minor incident but no details that all there is, My last kia was a certified used spectra bought from them with 45,595 miles on it, supposedly when you buy a certified used car it has been gone over and completly brought up to top notch condition and all fluids and parts needing replacement being taken care of, they charge extra for a certified vehicle, I took good care of it and followed all the dealer recomendations serviced it regularly and brought it in early for the 60,000 mile service only put a little over 11,000 miles in 13 months but got a 1,069 Dollar bill for the changing of a timing belt and a few other miscelanious parts like replacing a wheel stud on the left rear wheel for 59.65 oh yes and they even threw in the nut, that was at 57,500 miles teaded it in on the 2008 kia sedoma It”s now December 19, still havent got the radio fixed, some minor dent’s they were going to take care of havent been done either but they said I got a extended warranty bring it in and we will estemate it and make an appointment to let your insurance company take care of it, waht happened to the reliability I was promised, I think you should learn a little more about ethics, In 50 years of purchasing over 40 new and used automobiles I never was as disapointed with a dealership as I am with yours Norman
