Kathy, the service manager, had the technicians check my car for a stalling problem. Through an extensive tedious investigation, the technicians found a wrong amperage fuse. Lester Glenn Subaru Service offered a loaner car. Their dedication to fix the problem was admirable. I recommend them and will continue to go to them for service.
We bought a car recently from Lester Glenn Subaru in Toms River. It’s a great car and we got it at a great price. There was no pressure at all from our sales person, Rich, and the sales manager, Joe, made us an offer on our trade-in that we couldn’t refuse. He sweetened and finalized the deal by further discounting the price if we bought from existing inventory on the lot. The sales person gave us space and privacy, and answered all questions with detail in understandable terms. At no time did we feel we were losing control of the transaction or overwhelmed, or that anyone was not telling the truth. We drove off in a new car feeling satisfied, happy, with no regrets, and surprised that we got more options in the car than we thought we could afford. Without hesitation, we will thoroughly recommend Lester Glenn Subaru to our friends.:D:)
