Preface:
The only reason I completed the purchase is this was the exact vehicle and options I wanted.
Vince was a new salesman (merely 3months selling cars) and he was the only decent person I dealt with. Tom (new car mgr) is a total thief and should be behind bars. He would write down prices, leave to write up “new” prices, but not bring original paperwork back into office to compare prices. Then when asked for original paperwork, he wasn’t able to locate it.
Brett O’Day (the finance guy) tries to sell me every possible warranty option available, even after I repeatedly said NO. Had to threaten to leave if he asked again. Brett lied about GAP insurance cost and extended warranty cost even after I let him know that I just purchased a 2011 Wrangler in June and knew the actual costs.
And to top off the nightmare experience, they emailed me an announcement for an additional $500 off and 2012-2013 vehicles 3 days AFTER I bought my car. Sure would have been nice to know that they were planning a sale 3 days earlier. I still can’t believe that they are allowed to charge $599 to file paperwork. PLEASE DON’T BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!
I bought a 2006 Dodge ram that they found on locater for me. The sales man and sales manager both told me that the truck was just like the one I drove but had an auto trans in it instead of the manual trans that I drove and liked. when the truck came in. It was LATE and also the wrong truck. it had manual Windows and locks not power like I wanted. it had no sliding rear glass. it was not two tone paint like the one I drove. It had 17’s and not 20’s on it. it was a work truck. then when I pointed that out to them they went to get the manager who came out and looked at it. he said for me to take it home cause the truck they had me driving was sold. and to return it the next day when the gm was in. well I told him I could not be back till Friday due to my work and me being out of town. he told me to go ahead and just drive the truck for the week and come back Friday when I got back to town. when he told me that I told him that I was driving and was going to put miles on the truck. he asked were I was going and I told him. he said not a problem just to bring it back on Friday. so I did what he asked me to do. when I returned on Friday the manager was not there. I was told it was his day off. when I asked for the gm he was unavailable. finally after waiting a hour for him he came out of the office and talked to me. he told me he could not return the truck due to to many miles on it. I told him what the manager had said on sat when I picked it up. he said he did not believe that he would tell me to do that and that there was nothing he could do. Then a few weeks later the finance guy called me about my paperwork. he said he had to retype it due to a typo on my trade info. when I returned to resign the papers after a few phone calls to the dealer owner with no response. I signed them. when I got home I saw they had changed my vin on the truck they made me take and had also changed my extended warranty to a lower plane for the same amount of money. to this day they still will not take my calls.
I give them two thumbs down and dodge should have closed them and not some of the other dealers in the US.
:mad::mad::mad::mad: I payed $89.95 for the test to see what was wrong with my car at the Stateline Chysler dealership (Services and parts). For them only to say since my car was not getting gas properly means my transmission was gone and I was told I needed a new $3500 transmission. So I didnt know what to do so: I brought the car to a shop that only work on transmission and come to found out it was low on transmission fuels that would only cost me $100 to get fix. I dont understand why  I payed $90 and the test didnt show i was low on fuels It just told me the same thing I told “them it was something with my transmission” Also those Sorry Get Overs :devil( told me I could Pay $500 for them to take it out, since they couldnt tell exactly what was wrong. I waste $90, time and gas!!! I will never go there again!!!!!!! They just Want Your Money, Thats A business that should go out of Business!!!:p Im still mad.

VERY HIGH PRESSURE – NEVER BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Went in to talk to salesman who said he could get me out of my car into a better car with no money out of pocket and no higher payment. The salesman made me believe that once I was thinking about the one car and had signed saying what the deal was that I was stuck and had to buy a car and could not get my car back. Tried to walk away three times and they kept coming back. Wish I had had the backbone to just walk away. Not saying I don’t like the car I got, but the whole experience made me sick. They prey on women, keep you their for hours, promising you the world. WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP OR MAYBE ANY DEALERSHIP AGAIN. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!:(
Staff worked well to fulfill all of my requests in a time sensitive manner. Would definitely consider purchasing from them again.:)
The sales manager repeatedly told me he couldn’t – and wouldn’t – sell the car I was trading. He said he would give me exactly what another dealership (that he “called”) would give him for the car. My car was on their log within a week.
This was just one of several sketchy tactics, unfortunately I didn’t iron all of this out until after I left… and I was even irritated when I left. I should have walked out of there within 30 minutes, and I’m telling everyone I know (and more) to just stay away.
