I wouldn’t buy a car from Vacaville Honda if they were the last dealership on earth!!!! RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
I was interested in buying a car and needed NO financing. “Larry” showed me a car…I wanted all the options and a different color. He said he could get it within an hour. (lie) Anyhow, we went inside to negotiate a price. He asked what I wanted to pay, I told him, he said “if I give you that price, you will buy the car RIGHT NOW?”..I said YES…I repeatedly told him I did not want him to waste my time and to let me know if he was going to sell the car at that price or not…and I would write a check. He said YES, so we started filling out paperwork…in the middle of the paperwork he gets up and says he will be right back. By this time, he had my name and address etc. He comes back and says no, I can’t sell this car for that price and quotes a HIGHER price. SAY WHAT? We just agreed on a price. So, I told him that I was done. I am not interested in the bait and switch…and that he wasted my time. I wanted my paperwork back and he said he would not give it to me. I told him I would not leave until I got the paperwork with my information back, he finally agreed and I ripped it up. Then he continues to follow me out the door arguing with me.SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!! A week later he calls me and leaves a message that they have great financing available…I never even needed financing! This dealership is RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I don’t think they want to sell cars. they kept telling me how someone else would buy the car etc etc…OK…yet, the three times I had been to the dealership to look at cars to figure out what I really wanted, I was the ONLY customer there! I have never experienced such disgusting and rude behavior when someone SHOULD be trying to sell me something. Please don’t buy from Vacaville Honda…we have to stop RUDE people from getting the upper hand. Customer service needs to come back!
I took my car in to replace my oil pan gasket, and it was the best service i have had in years!!!!! i didnt have to wait very long for them to diagnose the problem, and even though the part was not in stock they were able to get in it later that day for me. I took the shuttle home and they picked me up from my home. All in all it was a great experience they even had donuts in the waiting room! I would reccomend any Honda owner to take their car to Vacaville Honda for any maintenance or repairs. Thanks guys!
