Do not ever buy a used car from SERVCO! I purchased a used Toyota Tacoma back in 2009. I was given the option to purchase an extended warranty that was “refundable” if I did not use it.
Fast forward to 2012 and the extended warranty has gone unused and I have met the time and mileage requirements. My “refundable” 3 year/ 36K mile warranty is NOT refundable. The manager Bob Chu is now denying my claim saying that I had to purchase a 4 year/48K mile warranty in order for my extended warranty to be refundable. There goes $1,800 down the drain right into the greedy hands of Servco Used Auto.
Do not ever buy a vehicle from RONALD DOO, RONALD ASATO and/or BOB CHU! Servco is not as reputable and trustworthy as everyone claims. Servco is SHADY!
Servco Toyota customers are not allowed to speak directly with the repair mechanic who works on your car.
This unfair business stategy is a big money maker for Servco and could cost u thousands of dollars in fraudulent repairs.
Strongly suggest u do not fall into this Servco money making trap.
My 2006 went in for a $1902.00 rack and pinion repair after a steering failure. It took 3 weeks to get the parts and 4 days to install.
While in their shop the car developed a tracktion problem and is no longer driveable. Also, the air bag light is now on and the a/c, horn, and audio no longer work from the steering wheel. The service advisor is the only one u can talk to…and she wants a blank check to fix your car. Shame on u Servco Mona Bush and Mark Fukinaga.
Correction to my first review. We did buy the car, but it wasn’t from Servco Mililani. It was the one near the airport. But same same.
We’ve all seen that commercial “Show me the Car Fax” on TV. Well, I was purchasing a used Toyota Rav4 for my daughter and asked the salesman to show me the car fax. He said “Oh we have something better.” Their own Servco car fax. It showed the vehicle had been in no accidents. Later, after my daughter had an accident, my insurance carrier told me that that vehicle had had 29 claims! So much for Servco honesty. 🙁
