We bought a 2008 Chevy Malibu. Looked at it on a Wednesday night. Everything was good, so we set up a date (that Saturday) to come back and pick it up. As we were driving it home, it started raining into the vehicle, literally. It seemed as though someone had tried to break into the vehicle and the door was pried open. With further inspection, there were many scratches on the exterior that were not there on the day we first went to look at it. We took it back the next day and they gave us a 2009 Malibu in exchange, for a discounted price. We were still upset, but happy enough, until… We bought this at the end of Jan. and it is now the end of May. We have had this car in for the same issue 6 times in the last four months. They told us the 5th time that it would be the last time and if it happened again, they would take the car back. So we go down for the 6th time and are now being told that he mis spoke and what he meant is that they would give us 12,500 dollars for the car as a trade. This is ridiculus! We have even spoken with GM and they are unwilling to help us. Not good customer service at all!!! Aparently the value of a car drops 4,000 dollars in 4 months!:mad:
