Fraudulent finance manager Kevin.- fraudulent adding of tax.
deal: $1000 down including tax, $150 DMV/reg $300a month. Due at signing $1450 36months 12,000miles/yr
I agreed to tax included in my deal with josh, and that is the agreement i paid in my down payment. $1450.00 (sales person to this moment still in agreement to our deal, he had to leave to pick up his son, and Kevin the finance manager changed the agreement and charged me a sales tax not
even if i agreed to pay tax, correct tax on a $300 a month 36 month x nys tax 8.875% would be $958.50
Kevin claimed to charge me tax at $1114.05
he actually charged me tax at $1,786.68
DO NOT GO HERE, THEY WILL SCAM YOU. SWITCH AND BAIT. FRAUD
I went there to buy a Nissan commercial van.I negiated a sticker cash price of approx. 27000 for the van before they started adding nonsense fees like dealer prep fee and another fee I cant remember totaling a little over 1000( dealer prep fee my foor…the tray liner was dirty and the tpms was on when I drove off with ot bc the 2 back tires had not been inflated properly….I ended up paying apprx 46000 for this van and they didn’t even thrown in a full tank of gas) when we went to do the financing the total came up to apprx 46000 with a payment of almost 600 a mth……I started to inquire y….the finance guy is telling us we only put own 5000 when we had our receipts we put down 9900 CASH. so after that was cleared up and the payments dropped by almost a 100 the price was still 46000…they added on over 8000 in warranies that we had to get if we wanted the new van or if we took interest alone price with no warranties we would still be paying the same amount in less time with penalty fees etc…..even with an interest rate of 4.99 there were so many hidden fees and nonsense but it was after 10 in the night and my wife and I were very tired at that point so we just accepted the offer. I bought a NEW Nissan sentra from NISSAN OF QUEENS 2 yrs ago and was thoroughly satisfied with them and even paid the car off in 2 yrs with them and was very very happy with that dealership….only reason I didn’t go there is bc they didn’t sell the Nissan commercial vans. I feel in my heart I got robbed and duped by this dealership…..I would not recommend to anyone
Stay away! They lie and use illegal tactics to get people to purchase warranties unknowingly.
First let me state that Desmond was a wonderful salesman. He listened to our needs and found us a great car without pressuring us. On to the finance person, Lisa. For starters, she asked me if I was ready and handed me a stack of papers without explaining any of them. When I decided to fish through the pile and pull out the purchase order I asked why the price was so high. She played dumb and said something like “I dunno..maybe tax?”. Turns out that the warranty that was supposed to be “thrown in” (because the car that had mileage of 3k miles written on the windshield actually had 13k which, Desmond discovered and told us before we started the paperwork) for the agree upon price had been added into the price adding $2500. This pissed me off because I had no intention of buying a warranty from the dealer and would have told someone this had they discussed it with me instead of trying to sneak it in. Lisa then tried to explain that my interest rate would HAVE to go up 2% if we dropped the warranty. She was visibly annoyed that I was even asking. She repeated this several times, I could not have my nice low rate even though I have very good credit, if I didn’t buy the warranty from them at that moment. They refused to allowed me to buy that car at the lower interest rate because I was refusing the warranty. I now know that it is ILLEGAL for an interest rate to be made contingent upon purchasing a warranty. I wish I had recorded that conversation. I demanded my deposit back and walked away from the deal and into a lovely Honda dealership that actually asks you if you want a warranty before trying to get you to pay for it. I am now the owner of an awesome Civic which I financed at the rate Five Towns Nissan said I needed a warranty to qualify for. Do yourself a favor, stay away from Five Town Nissan or at least discreetly record the conversations with the finance person. I’ve bee to have a dozen dealerships in the past year, most were kind of shady. This place has the SLEAZIEST business practices EVER!
I have buy 2007 Nissan Altima S, i have a problem with fuel gauge and keep take back and service say there are no problem with, and the car keep dumping fuel like crazy, with i mean everytime i fill up in 2 days it burn all the fuel out to 1/4 mark on the fuel gauge, and the car Run on 1/4 Mark like a hold Weeks ok,so what is wrong with this Car.
I walked into Five Towns Nissan to learn more about the Nissan Rouge. I was greeted by a salesman named Warren Hollingsworth. He and I discussed what I was looking for. He showed me the Rouge and was very knowledgable about the product. He really took time to get me the car and features I wanted. He walked me through the whole process of the sale. He too, made sure the car was cleaned and full of gas before taking it. He also showed every feature of the car. Warren even set up my first maintence appointment. He even followed up with me after I took the car home. He really made me feel like he cared about me as a consumer. With all my experiences with dealerships this one was by far the best and most professional. If you go to Five Towns Nissan ask for Warren.
Stay away from five towns nissan. Nissan does make a great car its a shame that you have to put up with these bad people for lack of a better word. They lie, my salesman was great i told him what i want to put down and what i want to pay a month i walked into talk numbers with Teddy the advisor and thats when the fun starts nissan should take their dealership away. Refused to give me back my refund and theirs a women sales manager who was so rude. I didnt feel like i was buying a car i felt like i was in jail. when you making a 26000 transaction and you get treated like your worthless it doesnt make you feel good at all. Places like these should be shut down. Something should be done about all car dealers who treat people like this. Hopefully some one reads this before they go and change their mind take my word for it. thanks
i walked in, just looking around but i was greeted by a young man who i didnt believe was a salesman, he was very sharp and made me feel very important. at first i was leaning towards an suv but isaiah persuaded me into a fully loaded altima, there was no hassle he took me for a test drive and i was sold. i drove home in my new altima extremely happy. he made sure it was cleaned and had full tank of gas and showed me every bell and whistle before i left. he even connected my phone to the bluetooth. isaiah is awesome and if u are going to fivetowns nissan ask for isaiah chin he will take good care of you
I bought a used car from Five Towns Nissan. They sell a car and promise everything is checked out and inspected but when you actually get the car within a few days something is going wrong with the car and they take alot of your time and test your patience. They tell you whatever you want to hear to sell you a car even if they dont know all the information. The sales person told me the car hadnt gotten in any accidents but when i checked car fax it said it did and then they act suprised when you question their honesty. When you go there to complain the managers act like they could care less in general they are a bunch of assholes!!!!!!
You are retarded….u should have asked for a carfax when buying the car…the salesman has nothing to do with the car history… U should take that car and drive off a bridge because…u clearly are a waste of life and ur parents probly never wanted you …you should havebeen aborted ….please do us all a favor and kill yourself…yes I wrote this much to point out your stupidity…and uselessness…thank you
