The salesman we had was great, he was polite and well spoken. We looked at trading in my wifes car that was in amazing shape and KBB valued it at 10000. They only offered to pay what we owed on it which was 7000 and they were very stern on us buying that day. There was not a thing wrong with my wifes car. We just put 4 bran new tires on it. I told the dealership this and showed proof. They still wouod not offer us more. We picked out an suv that was valued at 19000 and we got them down to 16000. They offered me and AutoCheck which is a joke! That paper showed it was clean and free of issues. We had the car 3 days before it broke down. When i took it back they tried to charge me for the work. After getting the police involved they did the work for free. thats when the mechanic said they did alot of work to the car because it came in with the motor seized up! after all that hassle, it has now been 45 days and i still have no plate!!! they keep saying its an issue with the dmv. they lied to me and they have lied to others. i understand that there are very few honest dealerships out there. but this one is horrific!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! THEY ARE UTTER AND COMPLETE GARBAGE!!!!!
I recently bought a used car from them in December 2010, I asked the dealership if it had been wrecked, they stated no and gave me a auto checker (I had asked for a carfax), thought about trading it in 6 months later, dealership pulled carfax it had been in a wreck. Called to talk to don williamson dealership about the situation, they didn’t care it wasn’t their problem. HORRIBLE!! BE AWARE!!!!
Marines Beware! I bought a vehicle here to ensure my wife had a safe and reliable vehicle prior to deploying so I would not have to worry about her having car trouble while I was gone. We arrived at Don Williamson to look at the Nissan Rogue’s and were greeted by a salesman that was rude and could not answer any of my questions. When I asked him about the difference in the 360 and the LS, he could not tell me and said “I don’t care, I’ll sale you either of them.” As he went inside to retrieve the keys, I decided to follow him to ask for a more professional salesman that cared about my business. This is when the nightmare got bigger! I found Mike Diaz and he seemed like he cared about having us as customers. Beware…this is a man that lacks integrity! When we sat down to do the pricing, I stated that I would purchase the vehicle if they moved the price to anything below $18,000. I even stated that I would walk out with it that day if it were $17,999. Of course, he had to speak with the finance manager and came back with the “magical” number. At that point, I signed the paper that reflected the price we discussed and did not think to get him to make a copy of it (I’m certain it is shredded by now). Once we decided to purchase the vehicle, he began driving the conversation to the 0% interest, my trade in allowance, and $4,000 down in cash that we decided to pay; never bringing back up our agreed price. When I signed the documents, the Ultimate Stealers told me that the rebates are separate so they would be on a different paper. I was in a hurry and trusted this statement (shame on me). My wife and I should have only owed $10,500 on the car. When I received my payment, the payoff was $14,615. Evidently, Mike Diaz claimed he “sold 20 cars yesterday” and he “does not remember me.” Keep in mind, I have a Masters in Business Administration and still made money costing mistakes. Just think what he will do with a junior Marine. This place should be on our banned list!
