awful awful awful!!After 3 visits all they did was waste my time. They tell you that they will beat other prices then when it comes down to the deal they say they can’t beat the price. All in all they are WAY more money than any other KIA dealership around.I ended up buying a car $1,200 less than what Peter’s final price was!!!Rip offs

Peters Nissan of Nashua service department is full of scam artist’s. I just saved over a thousand dollars by going to Meineke of Merrimack, NH. Full warning to anyone who goes near Peters Nissan, you will get screwed. Peters Nissan of Nashua told me it would cost $960.00 for a new exhaust, Meineke told me it was a minor issue and would cost me $175.00. What happened was, my wife brought the car their for her monthly oil change which came with the service plan when she bought the car. Going into the inspection there were no issues at all that we knew of. When it came out last friday there were LOUD reving sounds as well as rattling underneath the car. I went back today to speak with the service manager and ofcourse he denied any wrong doing and told me it was impossible that they could have made any mistakes with the car. The funny thing is this isnt the first weird issue with them. I bought my car there as well as my father-in-law and wife so were not first time customers here. When my wife bought her car, we were waiting to talk to a women my father-in-law knew and another salesman told us she was on vacation, when in fact she was just out for the day and stole the sale from her lol. He also told us that his daughter had been murdered in Florida (first of all who says that during a business transaction) Im assuming for sympthy or something. We looked up his lastname for a murder in Florida in the last year and nothing came up… I told her not to bring her car to Nissan for state inspection but she thought they were good people who treated her nice. But it goes to show you… I NEVER throw out my military service but I felt like this guy has absoultly zero respect so I told him “Im just an honest hardworking guy, Ive served my country and all I ask is for some respect in return” and he told me “You served your country, I served this place for 15 years…..” lol Good job comparing your service at Peters Nissan to my Military service. What a dick….. When I mentioned that they could have put it on the lift wrong and put the lift plate on the exhaust, he told me that it was impossible and would never happen What he doesnt know is I recorded the whole conversation on my iphone so if you ever question how dickless they are at Peters Nissan, let me know and I will send you the 30 minute conversation ([email protected]). Brian Lefebvre also told me that if I did the work with them the re-inspection fee would be wavied but if i did the work somewhere else he would charge me to have the car re-inspected. They also took the old inspection stick off of the windshield so there was nothing at all. After all is said and done it was a life lesson and now we know to never again deal with Peters Nissan of Nashua ever again. Never trust a deadlership especially not Peters Nissan of Nashua. Scumbags through and through.
After going and coming out of five dealerships in New England States with bad experience we decided to give a shot at Peters Honda, furtherest to drive. We did exchange e-mails and phone calls to narrow down the exact car and price. When we arrive we were greeted by the salesman Craig. We also were introduced to the sales manager then Michael. Both were very nice, untypical of salesmen. No high pressure like other dealerships. We had a very nice conversation like good friends do. They explained all other options for us to consider, again without pressure. We agreed on very fair price with our trade. The only negative point for Massachusetts residents is that we had to go back and complete registration and return to the Peters Honda to pick up the car with the new plate. Other than that the over all buying experience was the most pleasant. The best! So, we have been sharing our experience with all of our friends. For service, we take it there even though there are Honda dealerships near by. The service department is equally good as the sales. We hope we don’t need to buy another car for a while. When we need one we won’t waste out time going around other dealers to trying to find a deal but just go to this Peters Honda.
