was told one thing by salesman that didn’t come true and when I called and talked to a manger she keep saying you there was a misunderstanding but I told her I told the salesman my situation more than once so he would understand because I was screwed by another dealership he informed me it would not happen hear but he lied to me and the manger keep telling me this was not true so basically she was calling me a liar. so as far as I am concerned I will never purchase another car from this dealership my advise is to stay as far away of this dealership as you can because there practice is to lie to customers to sell them a car
Billy was the best salesman. I like that he answered all my questions. He had to find my 2013 Boston Red Hyundai. Veloster. Turbo in Jacksonville.Florida and even drove up on day off to pick it up. Every promise. Was kept thank you Billy for all your help. Love my car I would recommended. talking with Billy before you buy your next vehicle.
I bought a used car from this dealer and it had no floor mats. I asked about them and was told that they didn’t come with the car. I asked if they would included them in the purchase price and was told no !! After I got the car home I saw on the window sticker that came with the car that it had carpeted floor mats. I called back and spoke the the used car mamager whose name is Tony D that he would send me a used set of floor mats if and when another car like mine came in. I was shocked !! Had the car had mats in it when I bought it I would have taken the USED mats. But when the window sticker said they came with mats I would have never thought they would have the gumption to tell me they would send me USED masts and not just get me a set of new mats. I will never recommend this dealer and will never buy there again. I also plan on thking them to small claims court as a matter of principal. Buyer Beware !!!
I consider the way this dealership does business as very deceptive. After I found the car I wanted at another dealership, I searched the Internet for a better deal. For the same car and options, Lakeland was advertising on Autotraders for $600 less than any place else. Since Lakeland is about an hour and a half from my house, I decided to call first. John assured me that was the correct price but couldn’t tell me why the $600 difference. I called my dealership and was told several questions to ask. I called Lakeland back, spoke to Bill and asked the questions. He said he’s call me back, but never did. Later on I spoke to Lou and after asking the right questions, I discovered that the price quoted included three discounts for which I was not entitled. Further discussion revealed that certain dealer options had been added to the car and that would inflate the price even more. Lou wouldn’t tell me what I would have to pay, but he offered to email me a Buyer’s Order which would give me the out the door price. He never emailed it, but I suspect the reason is that his car would have cost me about $2000 more than the exact same car at the other dealership. I would strongly suggest being very careful when dealing with this place.
