I recently bought a car out of Florida and I had to pick it up at the Holman Ford in Maple Shade, I spoke with the salesman the night before I was coming to let him know I would be in the next morning to pick up the vehicle. I then called him the next morning about an hour before I would be there just to let him know I was on my way, so he could have the vehicle ready for me when I got there. When I got there we had to wait awhile before he would help us and then when he finally came out of his office I let him know I was the person picking up the Jeep. He then asked me if I had a screw driver, he told me I would need it for the tags. Unfortunately I do not usually carry a screw driver around with me so I told him no I didn’t have one so he went and got one and then told me I had to drive him to the back of the building to go get the Jeep, it was never brought up front and they didn’t have it ready. When we pulled up to the Jeep it was completely snow covered and the back window was down so therefore snow and ice was all over the back seat because it snowed the night and that morning. I then had to help him clean the car off with a broom and to top it all off he brought the wrong screw driver with him so I had to take him back and get the right one. My problem is this, why did I have to pay $150.00 to Holman when I basically had to do everything myself the service was horrible and I will not be back in the future.
