TERRIBLE customer service from MANAGER in Parts/Service Dept.
I’ve given up after 3 tries to get a key made (a KEY! not rocket science, guys…) Today’s abusive treatment from the “manager” of the Dept was the last straw. Here’s what happened: 1st time, I stopped in with the key, not the car (an ’09 Sentra, purchased in another state); I was told I would need to have both the key and the car their together, as it’s an electronic key and they must be coded together. Okay, I’ll come back.
2nd time, I brought the key and drove the car. Was told it would take 1-1/2 hours as they had to program the key. Had no idea it should take this long, and wasn’t told this the 1st time. It’s a key… An HOUR and 1/2??? REALY?? I didn’t have that much time, so I SCHEDULED AN APPT for later when I could make the time.
3rd time: Came back for my scheduled appt on time, was told by the man at the Service counter that I must bring in ALL keys to the car – I had only brought in one key – another was at home. NO ONE TOLD ME THIS IN THE OTHER TWO TIMES I’M IN THE SERVICE DEPT!!! When I told him this, the man INSISTED this was not true, that I HAD been told to bring in ALL keys. I had not seen or talked to this man before, so HOW DOES HE KNOW??? He raised his voice to me and told me that I was wrong and that what I was saying was not true. WHY WOULD I LIE? I’m tryng to give them my business, and he YELLED AT ME AND CALLED ME A LIAR. I asked to see his manager, and he said he WAS THE MANAGER. With that, I left, and will never return.
What an effective way to drive away potential customers!
I will NEVER patron BUSAM NISSAN again. I like Nissans; I own two currently, and may buy another in the future, but not from them!
Great!
Purchased, would highly recommend.
sales manager Ronnie douchebag locher was really nice when offering a sale. trying to act fly with his eye thing he do and sales pitch. telling me he been in the business for over 20 yrs. playing good guy bad guy for almost an hr or so. then when i told him the car was shaking when driving. He told to fix it on my own. He told me in his exact words ( these shit happen, you can fix this shit on your own). I told him in my exact words (what do you mean by these shit) I didn’t come to buy a broken car. Then ronnie started cussing and used profanity. Told us to get out here and don’t come back. I was here to buy a car not waste hrs of my time then treated disrepectfully and showed the door. So don’t get fooled by his stupid sales pitch. BEWARE
We would have never thought the service we received at Busam Nissan would result in writing a POOR review of the service , lies, and deceitfulness we experienced. First, I made an appointment for service on a Thursday at 7:30am. My husband and I spoke to the service manager(Stephan,he sold me my first nissan back in ’88) and the assistant service manager(Ken Burchfield). We both expressed the problems the car was having, being very specific about what as going on. We were assured that they would take care of problems. My husband called to check the status of the car at around 2:30pm(no one had bothered to call to give us an update) and they had just finished looking at the car(why have me schedule so early when you supposedly didn’t look at the car until after noon?). I was out of a vehicle for the rest of the day so the next day I was fortunate enough to get a loaner. We were told the car would be ready on saturday, no monday, no tuesday, no wednesday, unable to return car on thursday due to late meeting. My husband picked the car up on friday took it up the street to be washed and took the car right back to Busam the car was idling(this was one of the problems we addressed with Busam). Got the loaner car back which was due for maintenance itself, maintenance light on. We got our car back. Some of the work that needed to be done had not even been touched. We were told by theService Manager to bring the care back(Are you serious???). Once up there the price we were told was $838.00, then it went to $1330.00 then it was $1120.00..Seriously. We ened up paying the $838 plus tax which totalled $917. This is work BUSAM NISSAN had found needed to be done not the work we had discussed needed to be done. Now mind you we have the limited warranty and the Security + Plus warranty. Supposedly the work they did was not covered by the warranty. My husband has had numerous visits to the dealership trying to find out what was REALLY done to our car. I WOULD NEVER EVER RETURN TO THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN..SERVICE SEEKERS BEWARE
Ron was great!!!! Chris was awesome!!!!! Definetly a place that you must visit before buying your next new or used car.
