They did not honor their internet sales pricing. Even when they had all the info they needed for the deal they played dumb and tried to get another $500. I’ve been to several dealers this month. This was by far my worst experience.
😡 they don’t follow-up on again!!!!! I purchased a car from them 2 months ago and still have not received plates – Its necessary for me to contact them for extensions on temporary and they don’t care. They lie that they will send it over night and it never comes because they did not send it!!! In the last 2 months – so far – three days i could not put it on the road – a brand new car and i can’t use it because they can’t get their act together. Today is thursday – I spoke with them on Sunday – they were overnighting the temporary and its still not here – What do you think!!! In short – Buyer Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:mad::mad::mad::mad:
My advise is to do your homework, they are just like every other dealer trying to get your money, dont trust the smiles and friendliness, its all a front. They will do whatever it takes to get you into the dealership only to let you down with there prices…
My husband and I found the car we wanted at this dealership. The same day, we gave them a deposit and filled out all paperwork. We made an appointment to pick up the car after work.
That afternoon they sold the car out from under us while we were at work. When we called to complain the GENERAL MANAGER said “we get deposit’s all the time, they don’t mean nuthin”
Nice. Real Nice.
Don’t spend your money at this horrible place.

That is what has kept us in business for over 80 years as well as being one of the top Ford Dealers in NJ. If this was true of us…then not only did we loose a sale but lost a potential long term customer. I checked our Database and I have no record or a Dornon. Again, if we took your deposit this would be in the system and you would have a took your car home. Also I notice you are in Florida and we are in NJ…again are you talking about Buhler Ford in Eatontown NJ?

I absolutely have the right dealer. I do not live in Florida, I live in NJ about 20 miles from your dealership. I also do not know where you got the name “”Dornon” from. I will obviously not release my name over the internet.
The salesman we were working with was Jon something and the sales manager that said “we return 95% of deposits, they don’t mean anything” was Paul Palerno. We were scheduled to come get the car at 6pm that day, and got the call at 4pm that it had been sold by the sales mananger.
While this may not be a practice of yours, you have sales people who do believe in treating customers like crap.
On the up side, we did end up purchasing a Ford from a much more customer friendly dealer and we are very happy with it.
