I took my car there for the first time as I moved from Santa Monica to Bev Hills. I had to get my electric seat fixed. The service adviser told me I had a $85 deductible. I explained the Audi CPO warranty and he kept telling me I was wrong. I had to pull it up on my phone to show him he was incorrect. Then, he gave me a hassle my loaner car. I took it in on a Saturday and he explained the repair might go beyond Monday…I said “no problem”. They fixed it the same day and he insisted I must bring the car back immediately. I was already in Orange County and informed him I could not. He gave me a hard time about this as well!
I picked up my car on Monday. On Thurssday, their arrogant service adviser actually called me at home to argue with me once again about who was right or wrong. As you will see by their comments, I was INDEED correct.
I have was incredulous! This guy actually calls me up after I got my car back to argue with me again. What arrogance. Should be fired…but, probably won’t be.
AVOID Beverly Hills Audi. They treated me badly. Perhaps you’re next.
