My Joe Van Horn Chevrolet reviewThis place is a dump!! And the people who work there have no qualms about selling lemons to the American taxpayer. My mother purchased her car there last month and it is already having more problems than it is even worth. Their pre-owned warranty is a complete and utter joke!! Even though the car is supposed to be covered under warranty they can’t fix anything for her without charging an arm and leg. I called on my mother’s behalf to speak with someone and they hung up on us during a “call transfer” to the sales manager. Unbelievable! I have never seen such a lack of professionalism in the automotive business!!! We will never ever buy a vehicle with the Van Horn logo on it again, nor will any of us be recommending this Lemon Seller to any of our friends or family. We took my mother’s car to get fixed at the nearest GM dealer which was Sheboygan Chevy in Sheboygan and were told that a lot of their customers are unhappy Van Horn buyers and our situation is one of many that they have heard of. BUYER BEWARE!!!! VAN HORN CHEVROLET in PLYMOUTH WI is a shady operation. Invest your hard-earned dollars elsewhere! You deserve better then a lemon!
