I would never recommend anyone to buy a car they are thieves and dishonest. ..I went there to trade in my car 2008 z and because I decided not to trade and jst buy a cheaper car they lied and tried to cheat me and because of the terrible service I told them I didn’t want to buy from them and asked for my personal documents back and they refused I told them I would call the police….this is another example of a dealership trying to take someone’s hard earned money ……..I will never tell anyone to buy from savannah nissan….Thieves! !!!!
I recently purchased a 2012 Altima 3.5SR from Vaden Nissan of Savannah and Jack Geren, the Internet Sales Manager, was the best salesman I have ever worked with. He made this purchase easy and provided me with all the information I needed to make my decision. I got a great price on my Altima and Jack made it hard to say no. I would recommend Jack Geren to anyone who is planning on purchasing a new vehicle.
SAVANNAH STOP RIGHT NOW!!!! YOU KNOW THE LOUD VOICE YOU HEAR ON THE RADIO…GENERAL SALES MANAGER JOHN BUTT…he is so full of it. This is the worst place ever. The fat sloppy long belly sales manager in new cars is God awful. He smokes in your face and text while you’re standing there needing help. Three salesmen was standing outside smoking and no one even spoke to us.
Don’t buy a car from this place. Help send John Butt back to the Autoworkers Union in Detroit because he is useless in Savannah, GA.
Me and my husband came to the dealership interested in a Altima V6 and our salesman Marc from Boston promptly greeted us with a smile and a very professional attitude, he not only showed us the V6 Altima but wanted us to also take the Maxima into consideration. After driving both and weighing out our options we elected to purchase the Maxima which we absolutely love. Marc has also stayed in contact with us since our purchase which shows me he wasnt just out for a quick sale, he truly respected us as people and not just a commission, we in fact purchased our vehicle from Marc for more money than other dealers were offering because he was worth it. You can’t put a dollar figure on the service and respect he showed us through the duration of our purchase. If your in the market for a Nissan be sure to see Marc over in Savannah.
Initially was looking for a used vehicle. Settled on one, (after 3+ hours of negotiating, I swear to God) got vehicle home and noticed oil leak. Took vehicle back next day to service department. While (waiting 1 hr 30 mins vehicle still not looked at yet) waiting for vehicle to be checked started walking around looking at new vehicles. Noticed a new 2011 vehicle, same model as the (2006)used vehicle, priced only a few thousand dollars more. I checked to see if paperwork had went through on used vehicle, it had not so I contacted sales person and told him I’d prefer the new vehicle to the one leaking oil. Husband and myself were told to wait in waiting room (1 hour wait) while sales person contacted the bank that held the loan for the used vehicle to see if a switch could be made. Finally told it was okay and negotiation started up again (swear to God). After going back and forth with sales person telling us he knew what was best for us and what extra insurance we needed (keep in mind my husband and myself are senior citizens) after 2 more hours of this back and forth, and we finally thought we had come to an agreement, then when sales person started going over contract the bottom line price was thousands over what I thought we had agreed upon. Sales person had thrown in something called Gap Insurance, and Security Guard, and Assurance Edge. We were able to get him to remove the Gap Insurance, he blatantly refused to remove the Assurance Edge ( I swear to God), which is similar to what we have with State Farm. At this point I am almost physically ill from the back and forth and have to get up and leave the room for awhile. When I return it seems my husband ( who is 71 yrs old) and salesperson has come to some kind of agreement, and I’m just in time to sign the final papers. FINALLY. we left with the new vehicle, which my husband just loves which is great. I found out several days later, that the used vehicle we almost purchased we would have over paid $5,000, not including the extra insurance we had planned to purchase. I am 62 yrs old, have purchased 11 new vehicles in my life time and this car buying experience has been by far the worse that I have ever, ever experienced.
I was in a hurry and handling customers at the same time I was writing this, so please over look typing errors and misspelled words. Thank You
Vaden Nissan:
I asked a technician how long it would take to replace a headlight bulb. He responded that it would take an hour. I then replied that I had changed one myself on the car I was inquiring about in the pass and it took me fifteen minutes. I then asked the technician to be straight up with me and he immediately referred me to his supervisor, who didn’t reply. I therefore will never take my car there again due to the deceptive information the tech gave me. I can only imagine what they’ll say if they were talking to someone that doesn’t know anything about cars. Consumers want the truth when spending their hard earned dollars, not some fly by night get rich off of the customers technicians/company that couldn’t care less about the customer.
