My wife and I had a horrible experience with Bill Collins Ford. My wife left our daughter’s car with them on a Thursday morning to be looked over for a faulty driver side window. We requested an estimate before any work was done. Friday approached and we never received a phone call letting us know an estimate or a status on the car. Friday rolled into Saturday and still no phone call from Bill Collins. When Monday arrived, my wife and I called several times were told each time (when someone would actually answer), that they would check on the car and call us back. I made a phone call at 11 and by 2, had not heard anything. Several voicemails were left and still no one contacted us. My wife finally had enough and went to the Dealership’s Service Center to find out what was going on. When she arrived, she was told that the car still had not been looked at. The Service Rep proceeded to argue with her on what her request was instead of apologizing about not returning a phone call to give at least give a status on the car. Four days, the dealership had the car, yet they couldn’t take the time to the lowest of Customer Service requirements which is maintain communication with the customer. We use to purchase all of our vehicles at Bill Collins but will no longer. My father-in-law, a long time Ford employees and life long customer of Ford products would roll over in his grave if he knew how we were treated. They have lost a customer. There lack of communication compounded with their rude service reps was enough for us.
