Today I went to the dealership to return a car that I had leased. I had called the dealership the day before and they said that there would be no need to make an appointment.
When I came to drop the car off today I was told to wait and “somebody would help me”. After waiting for 30 minutes, I asked the desk clerk if somebody was indeed coming to help me, she called somebody then told me that “someone would be right there.” Another 30 minutes go by and this “somebody” still had not shown up.
I understand that by returning my vehicle, I am no longer a high priority customer, but that is no excuse for treating me like I don’t exist. I waited inside the dealership for over an hour, I was told several times by several different people that they would “get somebody to help me.”
In the end, the only way that I was able to get their attention was by turning my car alarm on. Suddenly several “somebodys” showed up to tell me to turn off my car alarm.
I would NOT reccomend this dealership to anyone! You should NOT go to TIMMONS VOLKSWAGON AND SUBARU OF LONG BEACH to buy your next car!
