I bought a brand new 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 2500hd Duramax from Sherwood for $78K. It had a lift that they had custom built (I did not ask them to add this) and prior to buying the truck asked if that would also be covered. The answer was that they would stand by it. The truck is less than a year old with only 6k miles on it. I’ve had it back 6 times now and they are not standing by it. They are not good for their word. I would never recommend any one buy anything from them. They are typical “used car dealers” that will promise you anything to get you to buy and then try to get you to pay for things that they should be covering that shouldn’t break to begin with. #Sherwoodchevyarecrooks. I can’t even rate them correctly because there is no start on the rating chart for “Horrible” so I had to pick Poor.
Ripped off my daughter for a rear wheel bearing. Charged her $261.08 for the part (rear wheel cylinder) with a 1 year warranty. The dealership refused to disclose what their price was for the part. A national auto parts store, located .5 miles away had the part with a 3 year warranty for $80. Dealership told her that her rear breaks were loose and would need to be replaced. The next day she had another garage look at the breaks who determined the breaks simply needed adjustment which took a few minutes. I attempted to address this with the dealership. They refused to acknowledge my concern.
